For nearly two years this was my favourite site to go too, and now it's the worse!

I noticed the change in how the games were performing when they started carrying out repeated maintenance checks..

I complained how obviously bad the games were playing and customer services gave me an incentive with extra credit. Probably back then I was considered a loyal, repeated customer.

I did carrying on playing but over the next few months my financial input was diminishing as the return of play continue to get worse. For example, I played a megaways game where you needed four symbols to trigger the feature and for 31 times it kept given me three. Talk about teasing! I eventually gave up as I realised this is a con.

Customer services gave me the normal speech "that is gambling! You win some you loose some etc."

That was a year ago now!

I still play occasionally hoping the game(s) will return back to an equal playing field but it never has.

My advise, if you are winning stay with it but as soon as you notice the Return of Play drop-off go to another site. Its a CON!!

**Warning: Potential Scam**
I made an initial deposit of £20 on March 6th, 2025, to test the platform. After successfully increasing the balance to £67, I attempted to withdraw the funds on the same day at 2:09 AM. Immediately, I received a message in my transaction history indicating that my withdrawal could not be processed by the provider.

I assumed this was a temporary issue and decided to wait the standard three working days for resolution. However, the following day, I received an email from MrQ.com stating that my bank had rejected the payment. This contradicted the message on their platform, which claimed the issue was with the provider. To clarify, I contacted my bank, TSB, to inquire if they had rejected any payments of £67. The advisor assured me that banks do not reject incoming payments. After further investigation, it was revealed that there had been no attempt to transfer the funds into my account.

Unfortunately, MrQ.com does not provide a customer service phone number. The only method of communication is via email, to which I have sent multiple inquiries but received no response. I also attempted to use their live chat feature, which consistently states that there is a high volume of requests, with an average wait time of 10 minutes. On my last attempt, I waited for over 1 hour and 20 minutes without any response, and today I waited for 2 hours with no resolution.

After reviewing other customer experiences, it appears that several others have faced similar issues, and some even reported being blocked after reaching out for assistance. Given the lack of communication and the unprocessed payment, I am increasingly skeptical about recovering my funds.

In summary, if you are looking for an online casino that fails to process withdrawals, provides misleading information, and lacks proper customer support, this platform may be what you're looking for. However, based on my experience, I strongly advise caution.

SCAMMERS don’t even bother looking at there reply’s details sent to them through emails , resolver and trust pilot they have had my money now for 4 days they had my banking details submitted for review of SOF and still let you deposit but will not let you withdraw my messages and emails have been blanked for 4 days!
