Great quality and beautifully packed

I have now ordered twice from Urban Jungle . Their website is great. Their choice of plants (including some that are hard to find) is superb. The quality is excellent , likewise the packaging and customer service. I see no reason to order elsewhere except for categories of plant they don't stock.

Renewed policy, at the same price as last year.

Got a good quote a year ago, and purchased house insurance, with no fuss. They kept in touch throughout the year, also notified me that I was on an automatic renewal, so that I could cancel if need be, but didn't need to, as they gave me a quote for the same price as last year, despite most insurance policies, going up the past 12 months.

Easy to set up insurance

Setting up my contents insurance was quick and easy. The documents I received for setting up my insurance were emailed straight away. I am very pleased with the competitive price and the reason I went with them was because I saw their Trustpilot review status.

Total con, took out cover for appliance insurance just to be told it does not cover for faulty appliance, absolute joke, so what they want us pay premium for ? madness

Every insurance policy, whether with us or another company, will have specific terms and conditions that apply to the cover. There will also be some situations that can’t be covered by the policy, which are clearly outlined in your policy document.

We make this information available to all customers in the sample policy documents on our website and the checkout page of our quote process so everyone can review the details of their cover before deciding to purchase the policy. After buying a policy, customers can find their policy documents in the 'My Account' section of the website.

We also have a 14-day cooling period when customers take out a policy with us in case customers want to shop around and consider if we’re the best insurance provider for their circumstances.

Really grateful

Broke my phone and went through the insurance process. All pretty straightforward and a few weeks later it's all sorted in the way I expected from the policy details I read when I took out the insurance. Paid my excess and they paid the rest. Really appreciate it all

My question regarding Public Liability…

My question regarding Public Liability was expertly answered by Charlie in Customer Support. For me this confirms that you are a company who knows what they are doing and can deal with customers in a clear and concise fashion.

Other insurers do not include Public Liability or seem confused whether their company includes it or not!

Rip Off Merchants

Took out a policy 11 months ago and never needed urban Jungle. When I did need them and 8 calls later all I received were 8 hung up calls asking to go to their website. POOR POOR POOR.

They then had the cheek to increase next years premium by a whopping 35%!!! which arrived in todays post.

Direct Debit now cancelled.

Another company that rakes the money in and gives nothing back in return. No human contact, no help, a totally online automated service offering zero customer service.

Every year we review our prices to ensure that they’re fair for all of our customers. This means our prices can change for a number of reasons, including increases in costs to service claims, inflation, or other updated information we have (for example, if your postcode has an increased flood risk).

The price of cover, despite no changes to your personal circumstances or any claims activity on the policy, may increase. We will always let you know with plenty of notice and you’ll never pay more for your policy than a new customer with the same cover.

Urban Jungle have given me a £10 credit…

Urban Jungle have given me a £10 credit on my account in order to reopen my contents insurance. This is a very good offer and I have accepted it. They have an extremely good customer services team who are responsive immediately. I am very happy with Urban Jungle where I am treated with respect.

Home insurance went from £3.48 to £13+…

Home insurance went from £3.48 to £13+ a month. How on earth do you justify that when I managed to get it for £4 elsewhere? I now have no trust in the process of insurance companies. **In reference to the smug reply, I'm not stupid and know these things add to premium but that increase? Especially when I can get it from most of your competitors for the maximum of £5 a month. You're not that interested in fairness otherwise you wouldn't be trying to charge such a massive increase. Come on be honest, you're really not interested in keeping repeat customers.

We will always send you an email with your annual renewal price 23 days before your renewal, to leave you enough time to shop around and turn off automatic renewal or cancel your policy if our cover is no longer suitable for you. We also don’t charge any cancellation fees, so it doesn’t cost anything if you do need to switch providers.

SIMPLE SIMPLE SIMPLE

Easy to set up, can be done via mobile & easy to choose the correct amount of home contents cover, not had any problems with them so far so I hope it’s just as easy if I ever have to make a claim. Excellent company would highly recommend � , also they always send me a reminder email as to when my payment is being taken ��
