Personally don't recommend at all.
I needed a pec for my work, sign up process was easy but to obtain a verified identity has been an absolute nightmare in which I, after a week or so, am still unable to do, after a number of messages to the support desk, they haven't bothered in replying at all even after sending photos and video evidence of the issues with onboarding today. I have super important emails that I am waiting for and only hope that this issue doesn't affect anything incoming or outgoing. An easy process turned nightmare simply because onboarding doesn't recognise my birth country from the repeated information I have given? Weird because it has no issues accepting my official identity via SPID. Regardless, when all this comes to an end, I suppose it would be best to look for another company that provides a pec without issues, and if issues arrise, actually bother to respond with some form of help.

I do not like if you start the process鈥�/h2>
I do not like if you start the process but cannot finish then you have to start completely again wasting the information already completed. First time there was no operator available - second time the operator considered there was a small mistake on the form -but it cannot be corrected, you have to key everything in from the beginning including new verification codes etc. Its cumbersome

Nightmare time-wasting registration process
I had to go through video interviews 7 (seven) times over 2 months, plus pay 鈧� for a namirial help line, due to a variety of problems caused by the confusion inherent in Namirial's processes. This involved wasting literally days of time. In those 7 interviews I received 4 different descriptions of the documents needed to create a digital signature including idiotic directions on one occasion to report to the UK Italian Consulate in London for a formal document for what is an entirely online process; incomprehension that a "CARTASANITARIA" does not exist for UK residents; lack of clarity for precise information required; acceptance of the name entered in a 'CODICEFISCALE' when the same name was disallowed for my passport; lack of proper checks on e mail availability when setting up the signature; inflexibility of process requiring one to recommence the process each time a Namirial problem is encountered; issung a digital signature voucher when it is clear that Namrial rules will dissalow the use of it ... I could go on. I advise Namirial to reform their processes, train their interviewers more coherently in the case of non-Italian resident but fluent Italian speaking applicants, bring more clarity to the form instructions, and ensure at the earliest point in the process that it is not possible to set up 2 accounts with similar e mails. One Star because Alessandro on the help line was at least responsive, otherwise I would be asking Trust Pilot for zero or negative stars. Oh dear.
