Poor gambling site overall. Games are full of glitches and kick you out quite regularly saying technical errors. Tried using several Internet browsers but made no difference. A fair few tools in the menu interface don't seem to work on top of everything with the additional poor customer service feed back and automated service. Neptune replied to my last review asking me to contact another email that I hadn't previously. I sent the required documents again to that email but once again no response. The company don't have a contact telephone number so I have been unable to actually speak to someone. The only correspondence I'm getting now is a repeat email of what I require to send in.

Requested a withdrawal of 拢10 on 15th November, which was sat as pending for days. 6 days after the request I receive an email asking for photos of my bank card, which i had unfortunately lost earlier in the week. I sent bank statements for that card to verify my ownership of the account but they kept insisting on photos of the card. They then asked for a letter from my bank, confirming the card was cancelled (which they don't do), THEN they asked for photos of the card again! Still waiting for my withdrawal 12 days later. I've given them more than enough documentation to verify me.
Customer Service "live chat" is a joke too. They don't respond for two hours, by which time you have been disconnected and logged out so you have to do it all again!
Absolutely avoid.

Well after the reviews on here it鈥檚 clear to say I don鈥檛 think I鈥檓 ever going to receive my withdrawals! On the 31st of October I won 28k on this website this will be 3 weeks on Thursday I have been on live chat to them every single day asking when this is going to be approved for payment. The same answers as everyone else wait for an email. I鈥檝e put complaints in which there emailed me with the same response as the live chat no moving forward at all I鈥檓 now locked out of my account. Can anyone help with moving this forward what I should do as this is a large sum of money that I will not just forget about. The customer service is shocking I want to take this further. 3 weeks is an awful long time for it to just be approved when I鈥檝e sent all relevant information in that there have asked for.

I won 28k. Withdrew 10k as this is the maximum you are allowed. After a few days back and forth uploading documents I received my 10k. I then Withdrew another 10k and then 8k on the same day. I had an email asking for a payslip, so when I tried to log into my account to do so, they blocked my account- access denied!! Absolutely disgusting. I have proof of all winnings and withdrawal requests, but no idea how to go about getting my money. Shame, as I've found them to be okay in the past with much smaller wins, they take a few days to pay out, but I've always had my money until now. Why email me asking for documents with a link to my account and block me from accessing it? Because of this, I woukd recommend that you AVOID this casino. Thieves.
