I was in a car crash and k couldn't recommend the team at G4 more. They were very patient and understanding, they took me through each step, sorted my total loss payment, Injury claim and even arranged physio. They are fantastic. I would highly recommend them.

I found out about g4when I went into paisley autocare to get a quote for repairs required after a no fault accident.The body shop manager Hugh Miller told me about g4and I decided to let them handle everything.A couple of days later iwas told to take my car to the bodyshop and to collect my courtesy car It was a higher spec than my own car.the repair only took about 4 days and Hugh kept me informed each day. He even sent photos of what they were doing each day.they returned the car in pristine condition.overall i am very happy with the service provided by G4 and paisley autocare

I called g4 following being involved in an accident that wasn’t my fault and the girls were amazing. I dealt with Cherelle and Rhiannon, they kept me right with everything and nothing was ever a problem.
I had a courtesy car delivered the following day which was even higher spec than the car I was driving.
I’m currently still waiting for things to be settled but I can’t fault any of the service I’ve received. I will 100% be recommending them and hopefully won’t have to use them again but if I’m unfortunate enough to be involved in any other kind of accident I would definitely make them my first call.

Fully satisfied with the prompt service received from G4 following an accident which was not my fault. Courtesy car was compatible with own and delivered quickly and on time.

From the first call to the last, I felt that I was in professional hands. The claims handler was extreamy Professional and helpfull. The curtacy car was of the same size and specifications as my own and not a small hatchback.
G4 even helped me with several physio appointments due to the nature of my accident.
I can't thank the whole team enough, what could have been a very stressful situation was made easy by all at G4,I would recommend everyone use this quality service in the event they are involved in an accident in the future.

My not at fault claim really was made easy. I called G4 the Monday after my accident and from then on I barely had to do anything as they handled everything for me. And saved me having to pay the excess I would have if I'd went through my insurance. My file handler Nicole frame got me sorted with a hire car the next day and kept me up to date with everything along the way. Even took the time to explain things to me in in simple terms and was always available to answer any questions as I was unsure about certain aspects. Great service and anytime I called whoever answered was always pleasant professional. Would definitely recommend them to friends or family who are in a similar situation as I was.

My experience with G4 claims has been amazing I was so worried after my car had been hit with no fault of my own I got in touch with Katie Houston who was absolutely amazing with me and pointed me in the right direction, The same day I got a phone call from Lauren who was also amazing and again really helped me both girls kept in touch and sorted out my claim , got me a courtesy car booked and delivered to me and had my own car booked in and collected to go to the body shop . I was involved in an accident which was not my fault . I contacted G4 claims and Lauren arranged everything for me. I was provided with a hire vehicle and was kept up to date on when the parts required for my car would arrive. Lauren was very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this service. G4Claims has got to be thee BEST company to deal with,from my inital call made to the call handler( sorry it was either Rhianna or Rhiannon) after my accident on the 19th July 2023,nothing was a problem.The car was picked up for repair with a few days and a courtesy car arranged. My car was returned in around 2 weeks..

Had a claim through G4 claims in 2018 before I started working here in 2019 and then another claim in 2019 when we were going into a lockdown. Both claims that I have put through have went so smoothly with no issues and service was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone in an accident as you are provided with a hire vehicle throughout the duration of the repairs.

I was in an accident that wasn’t my fault so I gave G4 a call. They dealt with everything from start to finish, hire car was there the next day, my car was picked up to be repaired within a day or two. The customer service was 100% spot on.
