Poor Service and Lack of Accountability
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at NZ Mint. Having been a loyal customer, purchasing gold from them in the past, I was shocked by their lack of professionalism when I attempted to sell some of my holdings. They outright refused to buy back my items and carelessly damaged the perspex surround of one of my silver bars in the process—without so much as an apology.
It's important to note that NZ Mint is not an exchange that buys gold and silver unless you exclusively purchased from them, which was not made clear to me earlier. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend buying from more reputable and customer-focused sellers. NZ Mint’s customer service and practices leave much to be desired.
