I had great difficulty getting through to you for help when trying to close my maturing account. After about 6/7 phone calls and emails, telling me I could only do this on line I finally managed to speak to a very helpful young lady who sorted this out in 5 minutes on the phone to close my account. All this hassle was after four days of trying to do it on line before the phone call. I won’t be using your services again.
