Hamzah listened. He made time to look back at past customer emails containing details of a very complicated situation which began on 19th August 2024. He told me he would check it all out and call me back, which he thankfully did. Others have not, even when promised.
For us the customer this situation has been the most stressful experience of achieving a resolution.
Hamzah has finally resolved this ongoing problem of sorting the energy bill out. We are very relieved and grateful.
