I have never dealt with such a snobby company as this before, they would answer inquiries, I wanted to make a big purchase, they happily told me that they normally deal with people who live in Chelsea or soho not actually knowing where I lived, or bothered to find out, messed up my begrudged order deducting money then saying they hadn’t and not interested in doing anything about it, I had to get the help of my bank to get the money back!
Not helpful at all, they really talk down to you and really horrible company, likewise I took my business elsewhere to a company tiles.co.U.K. Who are really lovely and couldn’t do enough to help, I got the tiles in three days and not the five weeks these told me, no delivery cost saving me over £200,!

Our company sells tiles to all of the UK and around the world. Anyone can purchase, and receive tiles delivered to their address.
In your case, you have asked if we gave an NHS discount, unfortunately we don’t do NHS discounts, only to interior designers and architects.
When you purchased your tiles online, we are told you made a mistake with your CSV number so your order could not be completed. Your payment was rejected by our payment provider Stripe as was potentially fraudulant, and nothing was transferred to our payment provider or bank account. We tried everything we could and shared every solid proof to convince you that your card payment had failed and nothing transferred to our bank account. We checked three times with our IT team and our payment provider, while keeping you posted on every step, even outside of working hours. As we explained to you from the very beginning of our message traffic, your payment was pending on your bank's side, nothing transferred to our bank account and the pending amount returned to your account in less than 24 hours. It was beyond our control and it was related to your bank. We are happy to share the emails between us to evidence the efforts we went to.
In the end we are glad you are happy and sourced the tiles you like elsewhere.
Otto Tiles and Design has the best porcelain tiles. They are perfect for modern spaces. The tiles are durable and easy to clean. They added a sleek and polished touch to my home. I am extremely satisfied with my choice.
