My account manager was very responsive…

My account manager was very responsive and patient with me. At the time of setting up my website was new and I had no knowledge of how online payments worked. My account manager made sure I understood how the process worked and I needed to have on my website to take payments.Highly recommend for new businesses.

The team were very clear about what was required to get a merchant account and I was able to make all the changes to my website quickly. As I had a deadline to go live they worked around the clock to make sure this was met and I was live.

My application process with Paytriot…

My application process with Paytriot was fasr and the integration process was very away. I was able to go live straight away and there was no headaches with my setup which was refreshing after my experience with my old provider.

as my brother said in review below…

as my brother said in review below stole 30 thousand euro from our family company , similiar story to other one star reviews .

started as tech issues,then missed one weeks payments tech issues resolved while taking another week of payments so now 2 weeks plus reserve they are holding without answering or replying.

staff temporarily laid off as no monwy to pat wages .

100 percent scam

DO NOT GET CAUGHT .

I have been assigned a direct point of contact when I signed up, this has been a big positive for me as its meant I haven’t had to sit on a queue on the phone for an hour to speak to someone and I have a great relationship with them.

I can't recommend Paytriot Payments…

I can't recommend Paytriot Payments enough! After weeks of frustration and rejection from other payment providers, I was starting to lose hope of ever getting a merchant account approved. Then I found Paytriot payments, and everything changed. From the moment I reached out to them, their team was incredibly responsive and helpful within 24 hours, my merchant account was approved and up and running ! The whole process was seamless, and their customer service was top-notch. If you're struggling to get a merchant account like I was , don't waste any more time-Paytriot Payments is the way to go!

Just awful, avoid.

Shut down our payments due to issues with OTHER clients. They did not do their due diligence and now all their legit clients suffered.

We were told it would take 2 weeks to get back up and running 2 months ago, instead they simply did not get back in touch.

Like many other reviews, my advice is find yourself another payment gateway, this is a shambles outfit.

I have always had a good relationship…

I have always had a good relationship with my account manager. They are always on hand offer me support and it is so great to have a real person to other end of the phone as it allows me to resolve everything quicker. Compared to my experience with my previous provider, paytriot has been fantastic.

Be aware

Been using this service and they have nearly suit down my business after 5 years of building freezing payments and not paying into my account and when you ring them you be out through to someone with no English. I spent over an hour trying to spell a email address. I’m watching my hard work go through my hands and not a care do they give out. You just get passed around for hours on hold… please be carefully people this could end your long hard work

I run a competition website and my old…

I run a competition website and my old provider shut me down halfway through a competition. I needed a new processor urgently. I filled out the form on Paytriot's website and they got in touch with me on the same day to get me onboarded. The application took 24 hours and I was live again. Paytriot saved my website!

Stripe and paypal did not want to work…

Stripe and paypal did not want to work with our business luckily I was recommended paytriot by my web developer who advice that they work with other CBD brands like mine. After initially thinking that I would not be able to launch an Ecommerce website paytriot has given me a merchant account which I have used for a couple of years.

Fantastic service and a great product…

Fantastic service and a great product range! payment has made transactions smooth and hassle-free for my business. They have multiple card types available and I am able to send payment links or take payment on the phone of my elderly customer who struggle with the website.

I am a sole trader and owe a CBD website. Paytriot has been perfect for my business as they offer great support to sole traders and understand that challenges we experience. They have given me flexibility with my rates and pricing so that I am able to get the most out of my business.
