After a few teething problems starting to get used to running this platform . Customer support has been excellent from the off resolving issues that have arisen. Would recommend to anyone needing help managing their invoicing processes

We are live with this system 2 weeks, one of which I was on Annual Leave. The amount of administration this system takes on is amazing. The ease of use and assistance given has been of the highest standards. Thank you kindly to especially Bert-Jan and Alastair for their patience and all the assistance given to set this up. I can only imagine the amazing things I am going to learn on this in the day and weeks ahead.

Have been using payt software now for eight months. I have found it to be a very useful add-on to our credit control function. Having automated reminders sent out is proving to be very useful in bring forward payment dates, especially in these difficult times for businesses generally.
Would definitely recommend payt software as part of the credit control function of any business.

We implemented the PAYT debtor management system 2 months ago for two of our Companies and I would have to say that it has been a tremendous addition to our business.The back up support from Bert Jan and Alistair during the inital phases and through implementation have been top class - always available to address any issues.Most important has been the improvement in our debtor collection process which has worked well for us and our customers.All in all a very positive experience.

Payt has been key in ensuring our invoices are paid on time.
The customer communication portal has made corresponding with debtors stress-free and easy allowing us to gently nudge our overdue items whilst also maintaining a strong relationship with each debtor.

Great cloud credit management solution
Cannot recommend the Payt software enough, has really helped us internally with our debt collection.
Has many cloud accounting integrations including Xero, QBO, Exact Online and now Twinfield.

We have Payt set up and it works extremely well.
Payt support were very helpful in getting the app set up.
Payt integrates well with Xero.
We have also set up Stripe and connected that to Payt so customers can pay by card if they wish, and that works too.

2021 has been the year in which we have worked at software implementations. ERP customisations, CRM implementations, e-commerce creation and integration, etc.
But nothing has been of such an impact as implementing PAYT debtor control software. It was dead easy, it didn't glitch and it had immediate results.
It has this very nice integration with Stripe so in all your reminder emails is included a payment button, so customers can use it directly to pay the invoice via Apple Pay or any other payment option (I think you can also implement BACS Direct debit and other payment options, we haven't tried those yet). Or they can click the MY Portal button and it will take them to a webpage where are listed all the paid and unpaid invoices. There they can challenge an invoice, propose a payment plan or pay the invoice.
Also the Dashboard is very useful.
Our collections have increased immediately and workload in the office decreased also almost immediately. But the most important: the clients just love it (and asking them for money is the last thing they would love).
Easily one of the most important add-ons for your ERP if you have a large list of debtors.
