I discovered this company indirectly from one of their eBay listings, when I was looking for the latest iPhone model.
It was shipped rapidly, extremely well packaged and at an amazing price.
Unfortunately, there was a hardware fault with the new phone I received, so hard to start the dreaded process of "return / refund"
(I sell stuff on eBay so I know how gut wrenching it is!)
I digress, within minutes of clicking the return button on eBay, I received a message from the seller apologising profusely and that a refund would be issued post haste.
Needless to say, the refund was issued swiftly.
Next time, Im ordering from this company directly! 🥇
