Horrific

I placed an order on Sunday night and paid extra for expedited shipping to ensure my package would arrive before our trip. However, Planet Beauty chose to ship my item two days later, causing a delay. Now, my package will be sitting outside my home, and I have to hope it isn't stolen or damaged. When I reached out to customer service, the representative was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She essentially lied and tried to blame UPS, despite the fact that I clearly saw the package was prepared late on their end. It's disappointing to encounter such poor service and dishonesty. I would caution others against trusting a company that treats its customers so poorly, especially if you're paying for expedited shipping. Buyer beware.

I still haven't received my package…

I still haven't received my package shipped on 12/18, nor have I received a replacement. The customer service department hasn't been helpful. It seems it's not a priority for them to address and rectify the situation.

I received the wrong product

I received the wrong product. I message the team and they requested I send in a picture of the items I received and I have not heard back. This has been ongoing for over 2 weeks. I am totally dissatisfied with the customer service.

I placed my order 12/13 and it did not…

I placed my order 12/13 and it did not ship until 12/21, although the label was created on 12/18. On 12/19 I called the store to make sure the order shipped, since it was for Christmas, and was told 3-4 day processing was normal and it did ship, but that was a lie. It shipped 2 days later. So, in 2024, this place takes two weeks to get an order out the door. Plan accordingly, because something is wrong with their internal and external service. No one seems to know what's going on, not even the Cust Srvc girl I spoke to.

Sad useless customer service

Sad useless customer service. I ordered two items for Christmas on 12/7. The label was created right away but it didn't ship for two weeks. When the box arrived it only contained one of two items ordered and I immediately contacted them with a message explaining and asking if it was on backorder or forgotton to which there was no reply. I followed up with a call and left the same message on their custom service line explaining that it was a gift and to please call back and let me know whether I need to pick something else up needless to say there was no reply. I finally reached them two days after Christmas when the representative said "we don't have it and won't be getting anymore and we've issued you a credit". This is all I needed to know and if it was explained in the beginning when I asked I'd been ok with it.

Frankly I've been overcharged on some websites and come to find out there is no customer service representative phone number to call. I searched and found no contact information except an email for customer service. This is totally not the way I want to be serviced and will not be referring anyone to this websites

Confirmation of order incorrect…

I ordered 4 items to be shipped for Christmas…only three arrived even though you confirmed all 4 would be sent. This was a gift for my granddaughter and it is too late to get the fourth item for Christmas. Your company should have only three were available and I am disappointed not to have all the items.

error message at checkout and items poofed from my cart

I finished shopping and got an error message at checkout. When I tried again the caudalie hand cream trio was gone from my cart and from the app & website, with no explanation. I'd be happy to place an order and wait until it's back in stock.
