Horrific
I placed an order on Sunday night and paid extra for expedited shipping to ensure my package would arrive before our trip. However, Planet Beauty chose to ship my item two days later, causing a delay. Now, my package will be sitting outside my home, and I have to hope it isn't stolen or damaged. When I reached out to customer service, the representative was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She essentially lied and tried to blame UPS, despite the fact that I clearly saw the package was prepared late on their end. It's disappointing to encounter such poor service and dishonesty. I would caution others against trusting a company that treats its customers so poorly, especially if you're paying for expedited shipping. Buyer beware.
