Damaged goods received and not worth my postage to send them back - too late for Christmas.

Thank you for your message and your feedback.
Looking at the tracking information and our past correspondence; you received the goods on Wednesday 18th at 10.49 and messaged us on the same at 19.51 to say the tins were dented.
We responded at 09.07 the next day asking for photographs of the items, you responded that you'd already donated them on the Wednesday.
We would have happily refunded or replaced the items, and dispatched any replacement on a pre-Christmas service, however without proof of the damage and the goods being on their way back to us, we are not able to do this.
