Used this site for the first time and found it very simple to use. Liked the confirmation emails keeping me updated on the status of my order. Only confusion was delivery date. I thought I read that it would be delivered on December18th or 19th, then checked status and showed delivery expected December29th!! So not in time for Christmas!! 😕 fortunately I received an email from the recipient and the package was delivered on Christmas eve so it ultimately ended up perfect timing!! Will use again for sure!!

After doing a bit of research to determine the best way to send wine to family over the holidays, I decided to give Primewines a try. It was very easy to order online and I appreciated the follow up e-mails to inform me when the order was shipped and delivered!! I will definitely order from Primewines again! Thank you ;-)

I'm glad I got to talk with Trish. After a misunderstanding with the address we got it worked out perfectly. She was professional and kind.
At first I was apprehensive about ordering wine online. Also I would never see the wine that got delivered abroad. It turned out that my wine recipient was delighted by his gift, which pleased me greatly. The wine is truly excellent in quality, packed even more than sufficiently. It is clear that great care was taken by wine.com regarding their wine selection itself. At our holiday celebration at home, the guests were impressed and delighted with our wine. Thank you! Even the most sceptical wine buff would be happy to order from them! We will order again; both to Canada and USA.

We found it very easy to order through Primewines Now! The most difficult part was to decide on the wine package we wanted to select as a gift! Great variety of choices! We were informed on every stage of the process and delivery making this worry free!

My best friend received the gift of 6 Spanish wines. However, while on your website to submit the order, the gift message field remained blank...no matter how many times I placed the cursor in the field, the words that I typed never showed up. I did my best to type my gift message without knowing if it was spelled correctly and submitted the order.
Today, my friend received the order and the gift message was listed as sent by "Jeff Ibsen" instead of me. Luckily, she knew I was sending her wine, so we cleared it up. Also, the gift was advertised as a last minute Christmas gift as if there was still time to ship a gift in time for Christmas. It was received today. Not all was lost. She truly enjoyed the gift and said it came beautifully packaged.
