Excellent customer service-thank you. I ordered a Ted Baker phone case. When the package arrived it had been tampered with and was empty. I contacted customer services and was asked to send photos of packaging which I did. Received a replacement next day. I am impressed with their speedy handling of this.
It’s probably the 4th case I’ve bought from them and will definitely buy from them again.

Later found same phone case £10 cheaper on Amazon with next day delivery included

With regard to delivery, the order was placed on Friday after the cutoff time and shipped first thing on the next working day, Monday. According to tracking it was delivered on the 20th of June, Tuesday.

I have used this company many times and their customer service is totally amazing. I have things sent from UK to Australia and they always arrive quite quickly, packaged well, reasonable postage costs and goods as described. I can buy things I can’t get locally here at good prices and I’ve never had any issues with anything. Great company to deal with.

Excellent service. Returned a wrong phone cover. My mistake for ordering the wrong size 🤦��♀� Ordered a correct size and received so quickly. Also refund was in my bank within days!! Can’t fault Proporta for excellent customer service. Easy and professional.

Ok, so originally I left a negative review because my item didn’t turn up. I contacted Proporta and they didn’t respond. BUT they did see my review and to be fair, refunded me straight away and sent an apology. On top of that, I did then go on to order another phone case which did arrive very quickly. Happy customer over here who can vouch for their great service

I cannot express how absolutely overwhelmed I am by the customer service at Proporta. Long story short, I ordered a phone case no longer in stock, to compensate my inconvenience I was able to choose another complimentary phone case with no charge at all. Things like this do not happen to me, so I cannot express how much these people look after there customers. Unbelievable. Thank you SO SO much.

I have unfortunately had a few issues with different cases but Customer Service have been excellent throughout ! They have answered emails straight away , been very informative as to what was going to happen etc ! I dealt with one gentleman R Kogulnath and he went above and beyond in all ha has done . I would definitely recommend Proporta !!

This was a replacement case under the lifetime warranty scheme for Proporta products. Unfortunately, my case is no longer stocked and only 3 alternatives were available none of which were similar to the original. So it was the scenario of something is better than nothing.

Ordered a Ted Baker gel case for my iPhone 13 without any problems and found the website easy to use. The case came quickly and I am very pleased with it - the pattern is really pretty and the case is sturdy and quite thick, protruding slightly above the screen to provide good protection. Importantly, all the holes are in precisely the right position, so there's no problem inserting the charging cable or pressing any of the buttons. Very happy with the quality.

Great customer service. I was already getting a good deal on the Ted Baker flip phone case I was purchasing, but was also sent a voucher code by email. I forgot to add the code at the checkout, so I dropped them an email and they refunded the code discount straight away! The item was delivered within 2 days and is genuine and excellent quality. Highly recommend for price, efficiency and service.
