Having sent a few gorgeous Lavender Eye pillow sets to friends and family , I've been delighted with their responses . They are beautifully presented and accompanied by a scented free gift ! Also, the company response to my request for speedy attention and postage, has been so personal and helpful. As a bonus it's wonderful to see they also plant a tree for every purchase. Such an admirable company all round .

My great nephew loved the fox jigsaw puzzle, I would highly recommend purchasing anything from Ralph’s Orchard!! I requested it be wrapped and it was beautifully done with a green ribbon to match the wrapping paper. Thank you Ralph’s Orchard! And a prosperous 2025.

Lovely company, good non-toxic candle, however I can barely smell it at all. For the price I really was expecting more and wanted a lovely autumn candle, I bought it to replace another spiced orange candle I had which had a much better smells and stronger oils.
EDITED: thank you so much for your reply, I will visit the store again to see if I can find something with more of an impact as the candle was a still good quality

Product absolutely as cute as it looked - the lamb - and delivery was extremely fast. I would have given 5 stars, but I was very disappointed that an eco friendly organic product was packaged with those horrible polystyrene “wotsits”! Surely you could have used wool (help the farmers), straw or paper? All of which I have seen other eco products packaged in.

Completely agree that packaging should always be in line with our eco-standards, which is why we managed to source starch packing peanuts which, (while they may not look it!), are biodegradable and manufactured in the UK.
I should really make this clear with our deliveries to avoid future disappointment and will find a way to communicate this with every package moving forward.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Great choice, I ticked off three people's Xmas gifts and all received within a week.
Really great to see interesting things repurposed and also some gift kits ready packed for gardeners /family with Xmas fatigue and those that just love beautiful scents!

I’ve bought products previously as gifts and have always been impressed with the quality and beautiful natural smell!! The package is always well thought out with no plastic involved. I bought the frankincense and myrrh candle for my own use so used it as soon as it arrived. Perfect for this time of year.

I love these candles and they are one of the few I can use due to my allergies. I ordered them to America and gladly paid the very reasonable shipping fees bc they smell INCREDIBLE

Great service arrived on time, handwritten note, a tree planted for my purchase and a free wax melt. I bought spiced orange the smell is gorgeous, very natural, not that "artificial smell" you get with some candles. I am very happy I am awaiting the arrival of my 2nd order. I’ve purchased from here a number of times now. The candles smell gorgeous and although this one was in a normal tin I do love the up-cycled containers too. Great service, quick dispatch, minimal packaging and all easy to recycle. Lovely touch with hand written thank you note and a free wax melt!
