Brought for my husband and he absolutely loves the album, it's brilliant. Only reason I gave 4 and not 5* is the delivery. The tracker wasnt working and couldn't see any indication how long delivery takes. It did take a week and half to arrive. Which is fine, if I had known, especially with it being a birthday present.

Initial ordering was very easy but unfortunately I didn’t receive my item, I sent an email to inform them of this and had a very fast apologetic email in reply informing me that a replacement would be dispatched within 24 hours. The replacement was received the very next day. Things can go wrong when there’s certain aspects that are out of your control but it’s how you deal with these issues that makes the difference, and I must say they get a 10/10 from me for their after sales service

Great service, website is awful, needs to be useful and intuitive, and a seamless experience. It’s very clunky and takes a while to find things. Stop grouping everything together - create automatic categories. I will bet that you don’t use this review 😀

Already reviewed Rarewaves 2years ago. The good has stayed good the bad has got exceedingly worse.

Their prices are great; their customer service is usually friendly and helpful; their website if easy enough to use; their rewards programme is cool; the stock levels are great.

However, all that amazing positivity is pretty much obliterated with the most dreadful fulfillment from any online seller I regularly deal with.

If you are lucky, your order will be dispatched within a week - but most often than not, will be after that. It will then take another week - again if you are lucky - to arrive. They use Royal Mail and Yodel mostly for fulfillment, so the delay isn't on their end - it is further delays dispatching their end.

And the lunacy doesn't stop there. Place an order with multiple items - get multiple deliveries, with each item shipping separately or at best in twos. Ordered 9 vinyl records and got 9 separate deliveries. Madness!

No tracking either which is bizarre on the Yodel stuff.

They absolutely have to improve here - even offering a more premium delivery service would be worth it.

I get they offer free delivery on all orders over £20, but I'd much rather pay a few quid and get it sooner.

Such a shame as I now only order from them when they are much cheaper, preferring to go via private sellers on eBay, discogs or even Amazon (which I hate) as I know I will get it sooner than 2 weeks! Had stuff delivered from Japan quicker than from Rarewaves!! Truly maddening.

I bought a book from Rarewaves as it was at a good price compared to other websites however the book did not arrive within the specified time on the website so I contacted Rarewaves to find out why it hadn't arrived (this was a fortnight after I ordered it). I was very happy with my email dialogue with Afroditi from Customer Service. A replacement was sent out, which I have now received within a couple of days since Afroditi said it would be dispached. Excellent service, good price and I will definitely buy from Rarewaves again.
