Keep receiving bills to my postbox
I keep receiving bills in my postbox with a reference number addressed to “the occupier� of my flat. I contacted support, explaining that I am with another provider and asked them to confirm why they are sending me these bills. I also provided a copy of the letter.
In response, I received a templated answer stating that they cannot proceed with my inquiry because I do not have a registered account with them. I replied, clarifying that I have never had, nor do I plan to have, an account with Rebel. I explained that this is why they cannot find my email address or other details. I also requested that they stop sending me anonymous bills.
However, I received the same templated response again, stating that they cannot find my email address in their system.
It seems the company is pursuing an aggressive strategy to capture market share by sending unsolicited bills to people, hoping they will feel obligated to join Rebel, thinking they have no other choice.
