Its been problem after problem with…

Its been problem after problem with this company. Wouldn't recommend them and i think i will change to another provider once my contract is up unless there is a drastic change in how they do things.

Bills keep on going up a so i moved over to a Smart meter because of their recommendation as they said they would be able to see how much i use daily and i would be able to also see due to having an monitor in my flat. Monitor doesn't work and haven't been sent a new one and then when i ask their customer service to explain why my bills are so high they say they cant see my daily usage as i haven't been set up for it and can only see monthly usage even though the reason i had the smart meter fitted was for daily readings.

I'm at the point where i might have a go at my mortgage broker who recommended them.

Fezile is a very patient listener and…

Fezile is a very patient listener and forwarded the required information to me instantly. It is a shame that he has to answer queries that are due solely to Rebel's dysfunctional computer system. It went wrong months ago and they still haven't fixed it - appalling.

Thank you NEAL'S

One of the best person I get in touch with... NEAL'S. He it's the only one who been able to find and fix my issue in the last 6 months... Was the only one who really care for the customer... One of the best employees that this company have....
If it wasn't him I was 100% decided to change the supplier because they keep charging me more.. And more and more... And when I get in touch with customer service a rude lady or guy answer and try to close the call as soon as possible... Nobody in the last 6 months was able to fix my issue... I have to call every single month.. To get in touch with the same person to get the same results... After 5 minute they cut the call.... I will never recommend Rebels energy... The worst provider ever...

Rebel absolutely screwing me over but nice customer service man

Rebel absolutely screwing me over and a massive lack of communication… paid a direct debit every month to be told there was an error and to be thrown with a massive bill but….
De-Juan, very helpful, explained everything and answered all my questions, and had also opened up a complaint for me.

New Customer

Just signed up to Ebico / Rebel energy. Cannot really give a review, as I have just switched over.
But have had very positive communications, spoke with an agent ( De-Juan ), extremely polite, and very good customer service skills.
So all positive at the moment.

Poor experience with Rebel Customer…

Poor experience with Rebel Customer Service - don't believe the marketing. They are much the same as every other utility supplier (just with additional costs so they can afford to tell you they're better).

Rebel Energy

Because of the continuous scandalous price hikes in electricity and gas i swapped to Rebel Energy in September and saved a huge amount of money for dule fuel, even though i have only been with them less than 4 months am in a lot of credit, thier customer agents are very helpful, i spoke with customer service agent Chelsea today and she resolved my inquiry very quickly, professionally and politely, i used to be with Scottish Power who charged my double what am paying now, i recommend everyone to look into swapping energy companies and to check out Rebel Energy because if you stay with the same company for a long time you will not get anything for being loyal, please everyone who reads this review look into swapping, it's simple and the new company does it all for you, believe me you will be very happy that you did, don't take my word for it check it out for yourself, good luck to you all.
