Outstanding service and cheap

The whole process was easy from posting my broken HSL controller to the repair team. The turn around time was exactly as specified. When the controller came back I just plug it back into the chair and everything worked perfectly.

Saved me from an unnecessary purchase!

Just had remote control returned for our GAZCO gas fire & it’s now working perfectly! Thought I was going to have to purchase a new one at £140+. By chance when I looked up the issue I had with the remote, I came across (Martin) The Remote Fixer. Had a brief conversation & was directed to the website to start the process. Easy instructions for sending with an immediate job number given. £20 flat rate for repair plus p&p (tracked). Advised when he had received & advised when remote was repaired and payment due. So quick from payment being made to remote being sent back to me. Absolutely cannot recommend highly enough!

Repair to Electric Fire remore control

Thought i would not be able to use the remote again and couldnt find a replacement as its quite an old fire.However luckily found the Remote Fixer online and within a few days my remote was repaired and returned to me.

Martin offers an excellent service.
From the very first contact he explained the process for the repair and communicated over the period of repair.
He did an excellent job of my mums remote control for her chair and it came back like new and works!
Excellent value for money highly recommended.

Efficient process and remote is like new.

Easy process to set up the work and track progress. My Yamaha RAV245 was getting very tired and this has made it work like new. Much better to keep the original than buying some generic compromise

Another 5 Star Experience

Having used this excellent company three times previously I had no hesitation sending two further items for repair (a gas fire remote and a garage door/gate fob). Once again the service from Martin was outstanding. The items were returned repaired in a week, communication throughout was first class and I am very happy with the cost. If only dealing with other companies was this straightforward. I cannot rate RemoteFixer highly enough.

Reliable service.

Excellent service.I have used this service before, excellent then, the reason I returned. Martin is a star, quick turnaround, easy to communicate, very fair pricing, good tracking. I would recommend this service to anyone with remote control issues.
My dear old Mum’s recliner has seen some years, now passed on to me, but Martin keeps the old remote going. Thank you, good job.

Remote fixer 😃 what a find. Superb comms from the start and excellent turnaround. Replaced contacts on the remote of our caravan motor mover.. saved us a fortune against a new remote which are about £140
Dont spend ages searching around .. this man is the canines doodahs 👌

Good communication and service

The communication and instructions were clear. The service was quick. The fault identified and fixed. The remote control quickly returned. Cheaper than trying to get a new, compatible control, and less wasteful.

Superbe quality company

Easyy to organise the repair. They let me know when they had received the handset, did the repair quickly for a fixed price and kept me fully up to date at all times. I got the unit back in excellent condition and fully functional. This is an outstanding company that I recommend.

Powrtouch remote broke first night in…

Powrtouch remote broke first night in France. On returning I was advised by Powrtouch that if cleaning the button contacts beneath the rubber button pushes didn't solve the problem the remote unit would have to be replaced at a cost of £140. (!??). RemoteFixer repaired it within 5 days at a cost of £26.00p which included return postage. Not a great reflection on Powrtouch, it seems so typical of UK firms these days.

A company that actually does what it says !
A Totally flawless transaction . I cannot praise them enough ,if only all businesses were like this.
literally as easy as 1-2-3 constant communication ease of paying ,no money up front , text to say what was done and its ready to send back . Just awesome

This is an outstanding service company

This is an outstanding service company. It was very easy to book my control in. When it arrived with them I had a text to confirm. Within a few days I had another saying the repairs had been done and it was easy to pay. There is a fixed price per repair, so very easy to understand. Next I had a text saying the unit was in the post along with full tracking details and within 24 hours it was back, working perfectly. I highly recommend this company.
