From my first meeting with James I knew that I was dealing with a complete professional who knew exactly what was required to sort out our problem. We had to have a drain re-lined which was a fascinating process to watch and James and Darren despite working in not the best weather did a fantastic job. Excellent service! My call was answered immediately, Jamie arranged to visit within an hour or so. My blocked drain was quickly and efficiently cleared - at a reasonable price too. I wished I'd phoned him straight away instead of spending a couple of hours trying to clear it myself! A very professional and genuine guy. And all done while hobbling along on a broken foot! Jamie pulled all the stops out to attend and investigate my drainage concerns and gave sound advice about how to proceed. Jamie advised in my case it would be cheaper not to employ his services! He was polite and considerate at all times.

A shop full of people and a backyard filling with sewage. There’s only one company for the job (no pun intended): Reno Drains attended quickly and discreetly, identified and resolved the problem and insured the affected area was clean and disinfected. I can’t speak highly enough of their service.

We had a blocked drain. After being given the runaround by other companies - yes someone will definitely come out today, except they didn't - we got onto Jamie; fortunately he was nearby, came out straight away, sorted the problem and charged us a lot less than the quotes from the other firms who had not shown up. He was friendly, efficient and courteous and we have his number in our (short) list of reliable tradesmen. We will have no hesitation in calling him if we have a similar problem

Jamie was great and highly recommended. My 98 year old fathers bungalow got flooded by water coming up through the wet room drain. Jamie worked out the problem with the help of his fancy endoscope and explained the options. He got a quote to us promptly and fitted a non-return valve for us in the drain without any delays. Cleaned up his mess as well, no sign he had been there except the nice new inspection cover over the valve in the garden. Top job, top chap!

I can’t thank Jamie enough. I called Jamie to see if he could assess and clear a couple of downpipes that over the years had become blocked with moss and silt. Jamie arrived within an hour and quickly identified what needed to be done, whilst informing me of the available options to rectify the issue. I had a drainage issue an internal drain which was overflowing with raw sewage.Jamie arrived to investigate and established that my sewage system was part of a duel system combined with next door.He Immediately called Southern Water on my behalf and made it a ( P1 Priority).Southern Water responded 2 hours later.He did not even charge me for the call out.

When I told Jamie all our loos were backing up he came out within the hour. He found the cause, cleared the blockage, then worked out what had caused it and arranged to fit a drain cap that had apparently been left off by the builders (persistent detective work was needed to locate this) so it wouldn’t happen again. All done willingly, cheerfully and with exceptional professionalism. In the snow…. Truly outstanding service!

Jay was absolutely brilliant. Called him on a Saturday due to a damaged pipe cover and he was round within half an hour - helped us get it sorted via the council. Very trustworthy and honest guy - also highly qualified and can help with drainage surveying for anyone buying a property. So glad to have had this recommendation and although I hope we don’t have a need to call him again in a hurry, if anything happens or goes wrong with our drains - I won’t hesitate!
