Easy phone contact

Easy to contact by phone with a pleasant and helpful response,which is great for elderly customers who don't like to rely on the internet of indeed do not have that facility.
Good prices and willing to incorporate their customer's
requirements.

Easy to renewal with a deal

I was with Rescue my car last year but didn't need them, my renewal quote had nearly doubled but after looking on a comparison site & seeing a better deal I contacted the office & a very nice man matched the deal I'd seen with no problem. Very helpful.

Easy renewal procedure.

Easy renewal procedure.
Fortunately, so far, I've never had the need to call them out to a breakdown so I can't rate their service but as far as renewing the policy goes, it was really easy and straightforward. I even got it cheaper than the renewal price originally quoted!

Easy to understand Ts&Cs
Very competitive
Easy to navigate to purchase the annual membership
Hopefully I won't have to use the cover!
But great to have it at such a good price

Obtaining cover was a straight forward…

Obtaining cover was a straight forward process. The cost of the cover seems very competitively priced. The supporting documentation (on line) appears to be comprehensive and clear.
I obviously hope to not need to use this service, but in the event that I do, it will be only then, that any review will have true value!

Happy Customer

Broke down, snapped alternator belt, recovery arrived 20 minutes after calling, delivered me and car to local garage of my choice. No fuss, no extra charges. I don't understand the negative reviews on here, they probably did not select and pay for the no excess option.

WARNING

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!!!
ANYONE NEED TO KNOW MY STORY WITH RESCUEMYCAR charge me twice for a year and previous year 3 time have to check with this thieves email them many times no body answer the phone one time took more that 20mnts go answer but not resolving my problem until now still waiting for my money back as I said check your portal and make sure to disable the renew button if you want to stop dealing with them otherwise they keep on after you disable it do not adhere or renew this this company.

Customers are put on auto renew so they aren't left without breakdown cover. This can be easily removed at any time. We never renew a policy without sending out a renewal email/letter ahead of the renewal.

Disabled driver unable to use car

UPDATE: I called the number in the reply to this review and it's the same. 3-5 business days to even speak to about the complaint. The bonnet was broken by the mechanic so I can't even open it to get the battery changed. So no further along.

@Rescuemycar_ your tech broke my bonnet so I can't get my car repaired. 3-5 business days to hear from you. Wheelchair user. Disgusted.

Very clear and straight forward process…

Very clear and straight forward process to arrange breakdown cover, a very competitive price and range of cover options. The proof is in the pudding though if it comes to requiring breakdown assistance?

Used twice over the years..

Was really good both times i used them...but... I will say, when I'm due to renew, it's cheaper to start a new breakdown membership quote with them than to renew membership.
I was quoted a renewal at £69 (didn't use this year) and when I looked at a new membership I got it for £38.. exactly the same details.

I think you should have £ knocked off for being loyal over the years.

Found the site very easy to navigate. The breakdown assistance cost is competitive. What the actual service will be like in the event of a breakdown, waits to be seen. Fingers crossed I will never need it to find out.

Personal Cover

Well so for I’ve only paid my premium so don’t know how they will be if I need to call them out. But so far nice and easy to set up and my question was answered quickly so I just hope if the time comes they can walk the walk.
