Beautiful product, exactly right for my front door.
The tubs arrived more quickly than expected. My friends say the tubs with their plants trellises have made my front entrance much better.

I’ve just received building control sign off on my 3 bay oak garage from Roundwood marking the conclusion of an extremely rewarding project.
The entire team at Roundwood did an outstanding job through estimation, design, production and delivery. The quality and consideration to both manufacturer and assembly is second to none. As a reasonably competent DIY’er the kit and assembly documentation was a breeze leaving me hungry for the day ahead. 2-3 man team, oak frame assembled in 12 hrs, roof 10hrs, cladding 8hrs, all a really rewarding experience.

The order was delivered promptly and the planters were as shown and are of a good quality. Unfortunately despite being well packaged, one of the planters was cracked on arrival. I contacted Customer Support and got a prompt reply. After sending a photo of the damage, a new planter was sent out and I received this within two days. A very impressive response and I will definitely purchase from this company in the future.

Beautiful Egyptian cat statue. I loved it so much I ordered another so they can flank a flight of steps. It arrived within 2 days of ordering. The garden ornaments are more interesting and desirable than those on other websites. I’ll be shopping here again.

Bought a Weathered Oak Whisky Puncheon Ice Bath Barrel, and while I was there a half barrel planter, and then a mild steel fire pit, (dangerous place to have a morning off, there’s stacks of rustic garden things that, when you ask for the price, you might feel you can’t leave without). Several staff members helped with sizing, options, sale, loading onto my truck- really nice team. So, a really pleasant experience all round. If you’re buying a barrel, it will leak first time you fill it until the wood has swelled (within two days), exactly as they told me. Also, if you have no side passage or other access to your garden, have a plan to winch your barrel over your back fence; took four of us to achieve this. But considering the cost and look of plastic ice baths, this was definitely worth it. Thank you Round Wood.

I used round wood of Mayfield 5 years ago for oak skirting and architrave while renovating my house, now I've had an extension built and I'm happy to say I've used them again to keep the same quality and style to match the existing room. They're quality and service is outstanding, I highly recommend.

Product was exactly as described and at a reasonable price. Communication I had with Round Wood staff was clear and helpful. Delivery was efficient and it arrived when promised, i.e. before bonfire night, which is when it was needed, so, result. Overall, a satisfied customer.

I was given a choice of 'Safe Delivery Place' chose the back of the house as there is an easy way to back patio but it was left in the front in full view of the road!!!

This company delivered on time and was extremely efficient, but there delivery company (DHL) twice attempted to deliver and twice the condition of the item was completely shattered and hence totally unacceptable! No blame on Round Wood of Mayfield, there response was impeccable offering a complete refund.
