The man that came out and installed my wifi, was very helpful and went through how to use, if anything with wrong, tested network in all rooms in my house and outside my house.. he didn't leave until I knew everything was working perfect and I was happy. Would highly recommend and especially for the older generation he was extremely experienced and helpful in dealing with any questions I had to ask. Thank you.
The experience was made great because Dawn took ownership of the problem. Too often these days it is no longer the case, she is a real asset, look after her.

I had been using rural Wi-Fi for many years as options in my area was very limited, I have to say I had a very good experience with rural always very helpful, great support team and always friendly. Claire dealt with my call and I cannot speak highly enough of her customer service. She was very thorough and left no stoned unturned to get to the bottom of why my internet was not working. As it turned out it wasn't an issue with Rural Wifi but my router.

Charged €50 to have someone wander around inside the house with a 4G and 5G simcard and tell me the signal isn't good enough. I could have done that in 20 seconds on the phone if I knew that was the extent of their abilities.
Extremely bad service, feels like they scammed me out of €50. If anyone has poor phone service inside their house you already know not to try and engage Rural Wifi's services. They don't do anything else.
Editing as I can't reply to the response - the description of what occurred is not unfair and exactly what happened from the 'engineer' visit. There was no possibility to install or test anything external, which the engineer told me directly himself.
That said, Rural WiFi have reached out since and clarified that they do provide these services and will send out a new engineering team to do these checks and tests. However, you should please clarify with your internal teams the situation before writing these responses.

I've been with Rural WiFi for almost three years now, including the past year for remote work. It's been reliable, with very little issues. Over a year ago, I received an upgrade that noticeably improved the speeds and reliability. Customer support has been great; Ciara will sometimes call to ensure everything is running smoothly and ask if I need any assistance. I highly recommend this service, as reliable broadband can still be scarce in rural areas, and having this support makes all the difference.

I was reluctant to sign up at first given all the other options out there but I found myself in a situation where Rural wifi was my ONLY option for my particular circumstances and I'll tell you what, I absolutely cannot fault them. I was using their 4g router for over a year with absolutely zero problems. I recently upgraded to a 5g router, so far so good. But the best thing about Rural wifi is the customer service. It is, hands down, THE BEST customer service I've ever dealt with and that goes a long way. I dealt with Dawn mainly and she was fantastic and lovely to deal with. The customer service is enough to keep me as a lifetime customer regardless of my future location. 5 stars.

Incredible experience overall but without a doubt the women who I dealt with really made this company worth reviewing so highly. Have been a Rural WiFi client for over 7 years firstly using their plug in broadband router. I got fiber installed last week with the help of Rurals Wifis Dawn who was magnificent. She booked the installation team who brought the necessary cables from poles along the road to my house and then booked the installation engineer who called to install my connection at a day/time that was convenient for me.I had regular check-in from her to ensure all was working well. I'm delighted with my new Rural WiFi fiber connection. Thank you Dawn for all your help.

The support team at Rural WiFi is excellent. The team is very responsive, friendly and the same person will follow any issue until it is sorted out. I have just been organising the installation of fibre and Ciara has been extremely helpful and friendly throughout. I recommend them strongly if you need internet in a remote location.

I have had a very good experience with Rural wifi. The communication was clear, the tech engineer who came to my home was a total gentleman and a clear communicator. He was able to get my wifi working in a good manner after years of struggle with wifi in my particular location. Would recommend!

I found the service is very good, I have teenagers in the house and everyone is happy with availability and speed. One of the things that stands out for me is the customer service, they are a pleasure to deal with and have always followed through with what they have promised. When I have needed to contact them I have never been left waiting hours on the phone.

We have been using the Rural Wifi for about 3 months. The Customer Service is 100%, the hardware is 100% and our reception is better than the broadband at our old house. We give it all 100%, and can not recommend it enough.
