Luke from Securico was great with the IT support. Absolutely bang on.
Securico fit our security cameras and system in a few years ago and updated the cameras recently, 3 years ago. We took on the warranty which enables us to call them if we have any issues. We have had to call them 3-4 times and the issues have been resolved promptly. Just last night I noticed our camera pictures weren’t being sent to our mobile devices. I called Securico this morning and after trying to resolve the issue over the phone, they said they would call back at 3pm to re-try. Sure enough, LUKE, from Securico called me at bang on 3pm, went through the system diagnosis over the phone, I changed a few things on the system that he told me to and within 10 minutes the whole system was up and running again. It was brilliant and efficient. I am dumb with the IT stuff and he went through it patiently with me telling me what to press and type to get it running again. It actually went off line as we had changed our router from Sky to UniFi so it wasn’t as though their camera system had an issue, it was due to a web server change at our end. Anyway, absolutely happy with the service at Securico and Luke was great.
