Great service

I have just had an issue with my cameras. I dont have a support package with Securico but they did install it. They helped me out and within the hour it was working. Highly recommend them and if and when we need more cameras we will be back. Service is everything thank you!

Consistently terrible support - AVOID

Consistently terrible support even with paid support plan. 4 out of 8 cameras are offline, half the system!!!

2 consecutive service visits have failed.
- 1st was on 12/12, 2-4pm. This was a no-show without anyone even telling us the appointment would not take place because the engineer had taken a "personal day".
- 2nd was today, 14/12, 9-11am. I've just received a text message from the engineer saying he's had a "family emergency" and would Tuesday work?

This is terrible service from Securico.

Impossible to call support on a weekend, the only lines open are sales lines. Suprise suprise...

If I needed to renew my CCTV, I would NOT use Securico again.

Would I recommend them - NO!

If you want CCTV with an extended service warranty that you can rely on when your system fails, I suggest you look elsewhere.

A VERY PATIENT UNDERSTANDING & PROFESSIONAL LUKE

My experience with Luke was like no other Luke had the awful experience of walking me through getting my security system back on after upgrading my broadband.
Luke was VERY VERY VERY VERY PATIENT with me as it took me nearly an hour to get through this easy process which was not realized at the time for me.

Luke had to put up with the audio of my profanity [ not towards him personally] that I expressed throughout the whole ordeal. All i express that he was very patient continuously and maintained a VERY professional manner.

This company has a very knowledgeable…The Best Tech Team!

This company has a very knowledgeable tech team. They have helped sort out every issue perfectly.
I can highly recommend Securico CCTV because they have great equipment backed up by a fantastic tech team.

Poor quality , don't recommend

Poor quality , 10 hours after CCTV was installed 2 cameras had problems ( 11th of December '24) after another one day another camera had blurry image getting in contact with the person who sold them said we will try to resolve in January 2025 , how is that possible after I paid the price which they asked without bargain to be treated with so much indifference.

5 Star Service

Arrived on time, worked efficiently in changing over the camera units and NVR. System set up explained and reviewed on completion. All work completed to a high standard, with CCTV providing excellent viewing quality. Would certainly recommend both the company and their product.

I have been a Securico customer for a few years now. Recently moved house and had CCTV installed. As usual received a five star, brilliant high quality service. Camera pics are superb quality and crystal clear. Absolutely delighted with the CCTV system. Michael, Rob, Alex, Lewis and other staff are all very friendly and helpful. I am definitely a loyal Securico customer for life. Great value for money. I would highly recommend Securico.

Great cameras and lovely people

Great cameras and lovely people. Would be 5 however the installation of the programme on our computer wasn’t very well explained which resulted in calling IT services. Their IT services were very helpful and we were able to resolve the issues that might’ve not been if installation was more educational.

Setup Notifications on Mobile

Neo was very patient and went through every camera setup/triggering times thoroughly to ensure it was as required by ourselves.
Call-Back was within an hour after initial contact.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

We had house cameras installed two weeks ago off the back of a recommendation. Salesman Sam was amazing and helpful, Sergio the installer was tidy and courteous. Installed within 2 days of purchase

I've just had an enquiry as the clocks didn't change with BST, Luke followed up my email enquiry this morning with a telephone call and corrected the system within minutes.

Amazing customer service from start to finish and by the looks of it, for the duration and moving forward.

Cannot recommend highly enough

So thankful and happy with securico CCTV for coming out to me so quickly and installing same day. They were polite, helpful and worked cleanly. A truly professional job. Explained everything and sent all information through email. The quality of the pictures are brilliant and give visual of total area outside my property including some way along the street too. Perfect.

I am very happy I chose to fit CCTV…

I am very happy I chose to fit CCTV cameras at my property with Securico CCTV. Customer service was excellent from them. I would like to thank Michael as he was great in helping me to choose the right package within my budget I was looking for. On the day of installation everything was explained to me nicely by James and he even cleaned as he went when installing the cameras.

Fantastic service

Nothing was too much trouble for Josh and was so very helpful and the same goes for Chris the technical engineer. I managed to delete all my Cctv cameras off my app by accident Chris very kindly talked me though getting them back, nothing was too much trouble and his knowledge is amazing. Forever grateful

First class from start to finish

Very friendly from start to finish. Michael in sales was helpful, knowledgable and gave us great confidence in the company. James, who installed the system, was terrific and clearly an expert in the field. It was installed with minimum disruption and in record time. Pic quality is great; I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm

Luke from Securico was great with the IT support. Absolutely bang on.

Securico fit our security cameras and system in a few years ago and updated the cameras recently, 3 years ago. We took on the warranty which enables us to call them if we have any issues. We have had to call them 3-4 times and the issues have been resolved promptly. Just last night I noticed our camera pictures weren’t being sent to our mobile devices. I called Securico this morning and after trying to resolve the issue over the phone, they said they would call back at 3pm to re-try. Sure enough, LUKE, from Securico called me at bang on 3pm, went through the system diagnosis over the phone, I changed a few things on the system that he told me to and within 10 minutes the whole system was up and running again. It was brilliant and efficient. I am dumb with the IT stuff and he went through it patiently with me telling me what to press and type to get it running again. It actually went off line as we had changed our router from Sky to UniFi so it wasn’t as though their camera system had an issue, it was due to a web server change at our end. Anyway, absolutely happy with the service at Securico and Luke was great.

I had issues with an existing mobile & a new mobile and TV Monitor system.

I had issues with the mobile app that had logged out due to recent update. Abd, also monitor screen needed password in order to log in. Following a few telephone conversations today I finally managed to get the problem resolved. Chris spent at least 1 1/2 hrs on the phone helping me and we finally got both problems resolved. He was very patient with me as I had to use my mobile that we were speaking on, another mobile, my laptop for remote viewing and finally the camera monitor screen. In the middle of all of this a group arrived in the hall to set up a 9 yr old birthday party. He kept cool and we finally got it sorted.
