Absolutely stunning 7ft Farmer Tom’s Famous Sussex Fir, gorgeous shape, divine smell and looks so healthy and strong. Each year I don’t think my tree can get any better, but somehow it does. Trees are very easy to order, the website is intuitive and informative with lots go guidance to help you choose the perfect tree, you can select your own delivery date, and there's a guide on how to keep your tree in tip top shape once you've taken delivery. Super super happy with both the service and my beautiful Christmas trees. Thank you so very much, getting itchy fingers to order my 2025 tree!!

Yet another beautiful and perfect Christmas tree delivered exactly as agreed to make the centrepiece of our Christmas complete. No stress trying to find a tall tree that is bushy and even or any of the worry of not finding one, let alone the issue of how to get a 10 foot plus tree home. Instead a service akin to a trusted friend sorting out exactly what you’re after with no straggly thin bit at the top pretending to be part of the overall height

We've been getting our trees from Send Me A Christmas Tree for years now - and I can't fault them. This year's model was so beautiful that I almost wept when I had to take it down - it still looked as fresh and green as the day we put it up. If there are any issues (a rarity) they are quick to respond. And as mentioned, the trees themselves are lovely. It's nice to know that at least one of the key Christmas preparations will be pain free.

We have been using fresh Christmas Tree delivery services for years and Send Me a Christmas Tree, has been the best tree we’ve ever had. It was so easy to order with an amazing selection of different trees, it was delivered on time and it was so fresh it was still taking up water four weeks after it went up! Will definitely recommend and be re ordering this year.

Another fantastic tree! Customer service has been excellent- especially sorting out my error when ordering. Delivery was on time and the tree looked wonderful. It was a shame to take it down especially since it was hardly shedding any needles.

As a returning customer we very strongly recommend purchasing your Christmas tree etc for here, every year our tree arrives on or closely around the date as requested with informative updates, it comes very tightly wrapped which always amazes us when unsealed just how beautifully bushy it is, they have always kept perfectly, not dropping needles from day one and looks as good at the end of Christmas as when it was decorated (we like to get our tree at the end of November/ beginning of December and keep it up until Candlemas, 2nd February) the trees are always a beautiful shape and smell fantastic. We would not consider getting our tree elsewhere.

I used to order from a Scottish Christmas tree company for many years, but they no longer supply trees to individual households.
I picked Send Me a Christmas Tree out of many suppliers advertising online, and I'm glad I did. Absolutely perfect tree, delivered on time and without issue. Hope to order again next year.

Get our Christmas tree second year in a row from there. We choose Farmer Tom fir 6ft which is amazing( very nice conical aperance and strong scent). Delivered on time and in top of that the delivery man bringed the tree at our door which is at second floor

We’ve had trees from SMACT for the last many years and have always had great trees which have lasted well. This years tree gave cause for concern when it wouldn’t take water after 2 days and then began to shed needles badly. The tree is now 12 days in our house and is - to all practical sense - DEAD. I’m fed up with hoovering up the mountain of needles which fall after even the slightest contact. I’ll be taking the matter up with the company and will update this review with their resolution. I fully appreciate that trees are living things and these things may happen from time to time. But we now have a tree which looks far worse than the one we normally recycle in the new year and have no centre piece in our house for the grandchildren at Christmas time - a real shame.
We are not serial complainers and I am not posting this to get cash back. It’s an honest review to help others.

Poor quality tree, expensive pricing for a substandard tree and packing ,and poor customer service. Do not want to write more and waste my time. RUINED MY CHRISTAMS . My tree died in less than 2 weeks and I have been told by the company I ordered it to early and asked provide numerous pictures and wasted my time on top of it . Why would you sell something which dies in a weeks time

We're sorry that you weren't happy with the tree, however as explained by the team Norway Spruces do dry out quicker than the low drop varieties, which is why we do try to make it clear on the website that this type of tree is only recommended for those who put their tree up in mid-December.
You had your tree delivered in late November, and got in touch on December 14th at which point we asked for some photos (thank you for providing these). We felt that whilst there was some dryness and needle drop starting to show, this (based on the photos) was only on the lowermost branches, with the rest of the tree looking healthy, so on the whole it looked 'normal' for this variety of tree after two weeks indoors.
We appreciate it wasn't the answer you were hoping for, however cut Christmas trees are natural, perishable products which will inevitably dry out over time after being cut. We can only offer remedies where the tree behaves outside of what would normally be expected of a natural product.

SUPER impressed. I've struggled for a couple of years to find a company that sends quality high-end Christmas trees that look like a perfect tree. This is the first year I've used Send Me A Christmas Tree. The tree arrived on the date I picked (with clear communication regarding shipping and arrival dates). The tree itself has clearly only just been cut (it's drinking water like it's going out of fashion) and hadn't been wrapped in a package too long as the branches fell into position quickly. I highly recommend this company.

This was my first time ordering a tree online. There was an initial hiccup when my delivery date was delayed, but I was impressed with the professional way that Bethan and Lucy assisted to make sure that the tree was delivered the next day in time for a special event. The tree itself is absolutely beautiful- it is a perfect shape with healthy looking and full foliage, and it smells divine. It arrived very well packed and in good condition. Recently took delivery of 2 beautiful trees. A Fraser fir and a Sussex fir. Without a doubt the best trees I’ve had for many years. Delivery was as requested and when I needed to change my delivery date, Lucy was incredibly helpful. Won’t be getting my trees from anywhere else in the future.
