The product was well engineered took 20 min. to assemble. The owner called to see if there were any issues with the shower and thanked me for the purchase. You do not see that kind of follow up anymore. All of the in-home care providers liked it and took pictures to show other clients. I would recommend this product to others.

The company was easy to deal with and responsive to my concerns. The one downside was their shipping broker said they would fly it to Hawaii for X amount of dollars, which I paid. Didn't happen. Came by barge. The Company refunded the extra I paid promptly.
The unit itself works as advertised. Only change I made was to put a suction shower holder lower on the side. Easier to use and keeps overspray in the enclosure.
Great product. I have no problem recommending it.

I live in the state of Washington. I purchase my shower bay about 1-1/2 years ago. After extensive research, the shower bay was best to fit my needs to care for 2 elderly parents. Delivery was on time and assembly was super easy! I've had a few unexpected issues but Russell was always very prompt at helping resolve my issues! I have no regrets on this purchase!

Very well made! Russel was very helpful, and delivered as fast as possible.
Quality was excellent. No tools needed to assemble. Best investment we made for my dad as it was getting harder and harder to get him into the tub. We can now give him a shower anywhere in the house, even the bedroom!
Get the recommended bath chair if you need to wheel your patient into the shower. Regular wheelchairs may be a bit tight getting in and you'll have a hard time turning the patient around.

This is the most phenomenal product!!! So easy to put together! It took about 20 minutes and no tools were required. My mother has used it several times and it could not be more perfect. We use the lavatory sink and despite the small size of the sink it works perfectly! All of the caregivers, nurses, PT and OT people have been very impressed. The cost is affordable and so much better then going through a ver costly renovation. We are just thrilled and would wholeheartedly recommend it!!!

You’re probably looking at a Shower Bay because it’s a perfect solution for someone you love and care for who doesn’t have access to a shower or bathtub in your home. In my case, it was my spouse, disabled by ALS.
The Shower Bay is superbly constructed, but it’s the people who stand behind this product who make it one of the best investments you can make to offer care and quality of life. Don’t hesitate to call them and take the time to describe how and where you’ll use the Shower Bay. Caring and empathetic humans there, such as Russel Simpkins who helped me, will generously offer you valuable advice and even customize some of the pieces (such as the hose lengths).
In my case, I had a kitchen sink faucet manufactured in Europe and wasn’t sure if the standard quick connect shipped with the Shower Bay would fit it. Russel’s answer was to ship a collection of multiple adapters — at no cost — to ensure we could assemble and use the Shower Bay the day it arrived.
My spouse was only able to use the Shower Bay for a short time before he lost his battle with ALS. Afterward, I decided to pay it forward and found someone challenged with the same situation as my spouse and me: all the showers and bathtubs were upstairs and out of reach. When the Shower Bay reached its new destination, Russel worked with them to get it set up and working—at no cost.

The Shower Bay shower is a life saver. My mother has dementia and is wheelchair bound. None of our showers in the house are accessible for her. We set up the Shower Bay shower in the main room where we have her hospital bed - and now it is so easy to give her a gentle shower. We just roll her into the shower and can set the water to any temperature and any gentleness. Its works great! No leaks. Also, customer service is fantastic. I needed an extra drain filter and Russell immediately sent it to me with no charge! Very friendly and helpful.

Ordering was easy but the real plus about this company is Russell. He answers the phone and answers questions completely.
Then once we received the shower we needed an adapter for the the faucet. He sent the kit and we received it less than 24 hours later. This company is the real deal and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting good service and a high grade product. The shower is worth every dollar to know that my husband is safe to take a shower. And it works exactly the way it is advertised. A+ for showerbay.com!!!

Not only was this product life-changing for my mother who lost ability to walk up the stairs regularly to shower, but the level of service I received from Russell and the team was phenomenal. Anytime I had a question or was unsure I got a personal phone call or text. I was given thorough information in my initial call to make an advised decision. First, I was particularly impressed how Russell was there from beginning to end. He answered all my questions satisfactorily and even guided me to finding a part of the "Bay" in the discarded boxes that came with the whole assembly (only an expert would have told me where to look). We were told 6 to 9 months wait to have a completed bathroom installed in our main floor. Our father was being released in a week from rehab. We started searching for “portable showers” to get us thru the months. Never did we think there was such a high class portable shower out there. We immediately called and Russell returned our call that day. Explained in detail and so kindly how it worked. (The water in and out) It was exactly what we needed/wanted.
Well it’s been a few weeks and we are just going to keep using the Shower Bay instead of going through the demolition of a full bathroom!

To say, Shower Bay and Russell have been a godsend is an understatement! From the moment we ordered the shower for my husband's mother, Shower Bay has been wonderful.
The VP of the company called us prior to shipping to make sure there wasn't anything else we might need for the installation. Unknown to us at the time, was that his parents laundry room sink wasn't a standard size. We contacted Russell and explained the issue and Shower Bay sent us an adapter kit that converted their sink faucet to properly function with the Shower Bay system. Russell also recommended a rubber mat to protect the hardwood flooring.
Once installation was complete and testing revealed an issue with the shower head, Shower Bay responded and sent us the correct unit.
Thank you Shower Bay and Russell for your help and attention to detail that has allowed my mother-in-law to be able to enjoy showers again!

Had a great experience with Shower Bay. I spoke directly to the owner. He was very helpful and not pushy. He was more interested in determining if it was the right fit for us rather than just getting our credit card.
I had to move my elderly mother downstairs to the main floor, where there is no shower option.
She's been taking sponge baths for the last 2 years, and this has been a game changer for us. She really enjoys taking a nice hot shower.
The initial set up was very straight forward and the quick connect water hose and drain hose work perfectly.
Very happy I was able to find this.

The customer service was excellent. Russell did a fantastic job of communicating with me. The shower itself was easy to set up. I set it up by myself and I’m 64. The showering experience was far above what I was expecting. It was the easiest shower my mother has had in two years. Excellent product and well worth it!

Great purchase experience and great product! Russell responded to my initial inquiry to determine if this was a good option for our family. He provided the information I requested and also walked me through various options and considerations. He also followed up in a timely manner when we were ready to order. The shower arrived very securely packaged and instructions for setup were very easy to follow. I was surprised by the amount of water pressure at the shower head and the overall ease of use. My father-in-law is 6'3" and there is plenty of room to shower him comfortably. If you have a loved one that has limited mobility or shower options, I highly recommend the Shower Bay shower. Our CNA stated it is easier to use than the regular walk-in showers of her other clients.
