02/05/23 Looking for Ctek charger and smartchargers had one for sale. Purchased a Ctek stop start charger paying online.
Dispached next morning 03/95
DPD delivered midday 04/05.
Before using followed the simple instructions.
Connected charger to battery in car, connected plug into socket switched on power lights came on charger 2.5 hrs later fully charged.
First class product and service.
Would definatly use smartchargers again.

Old battery chargers last forever so I have been putting off getting one of these. However I think it is well worth the peace of mind for a long term connection. Excellent service, arrived much quicker than expected. Its clearly a quality product too, so very pleased. Small point but the cable for the battery attachments is too short to connect both batteries diagonally in my 4x4. Waiting to see if using the engine for the ground connection results in both being fully charged at the same time.

Cannot thank Chris enough throughout my order process. He have me some really useful advice about using my charger, providing information that is actually quite hard to find from CTEK. The courier had some delays, however, Chris was very helpful and updated me of my parcels whereabouts, going above and beyond to deal with an issue that was out of his hands. Needed a battery charger for two cars with stop-start function that are not getting driven enough. Many retailers were out of stock of the CTEK one I wanted but Smartchargers had one which I received next morning by courier, despite the basic post charge. Excellent service!

Bought a CS Free, had a factory fault.
I have contacted smart chargers, sent over the faulty unit. As soon as they have received and inspected the unit they have posted back a replacement. This time they have charged and tested the new unit before dispatch to avoid disappointment.
I would strongly recommend this shop, they are have a fast dispatch service, all items in stock at a very competitive price.
Customer service is no doubt one of the best I have met by now, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with top priority being customer satisfaction.

The charger was as described. It has already been put to good use now having re-furbished 6 batteries. The 8 step charging process examines battery health and charges battery to the correct voltage for lead acid/calcium batts. Have not used AGM function yet.
Depending on the battery state the charge process can take a few hours so patience is key.
Having read about battery technology, I would recommend this charger as being extremely effective, well constructed if a little pricey. Do not use this charger on lithium batteries-Ctek make a separate charger for these.

This is the second time I've bought from this firm in as many weeks, the first time a 6-volt charger, and now the 12-volt job. Both times they've been delivered promptly in a nice secure well-wrapped package. I thoroughly recommend them to all bikers who, like me, like to go back to a bike with a battery that is fully charged and ready to go, even if it is for the first time after a long lay-up.

My car had been in the garage unused for quite some time. The battery had gone flat and I was unable to charge it up using my old charger. I bought a CTEK charger from Smartchargers and it arrived just one day later. The new charger did the trick and probably saved me from having to buy a new battery. The instructions were clear and the company has some helpful videos on YouTube as well.
