Total silence on an item declined to a pickup location
Ordered Raspberry Pi accessory, around ~ €60 worth. To make the delivery easier, I requested it to a pickup location, which I have done before with SOS solutions. For some reason, the pickup location rejected the package this time, and the package has been delivered back to SOS solutions, which I could also see in Track&Trace. When I wrote to their support for either refund or sending to my home address, I got no response. I've got no money back either, and in general I'm starting to understand that without a fight I'm not going to get anything back.
In general, when everything goes as expected, it is a good store, but if something slips, no mater who is responsible - the customer seems to be out of luck. Therefore, I no longer trust them, and I'm no longer their customer.
Update: After one week of silence, the eventually replied and proposed to send the item to another address, at which point I requested a refund and got the money back the next day. I still don't know why it took the whole week to replay, but at this point I cannot complain about the total lack of customer support.
