Kim Foss Lund has helped us in securing the house loan. He has provided us with lots of information and was always available for all the questions we had.

We recently moved to Denmark and had to pick a bank. Coming from Canada we had that expectation with banks.

When we got to pick this bank we got Cille Severin Sørensen as our representative and that just made it so special!

She has been the best bank advisor we have had in the 3 countries and 5 banks we have been with.

She is always available to answer the questions, she accommodates to our schedule (which no one else ever does), she takes the time to explain things, and most importantly she help us with all we need.

So far I don't have complaints with the bank, but I can say I'm so happy to have Cille with us!

I've joined Sparekassen Danmark only recently, and so far the experience was quite good. I think the biggest advantage is to have a personal banker that you can always contact and solutions that are tailored to your specific needs.
Especially with the emergence of AIs, it still gives a level of confidence when it is a person on the other side.

We had a great experience working with Marie Juel Nielsen at sparekassen Danmark. She helped us feel confident during the process of applying for a mortgage loan. As a foreigner from The Netherlands, It can be very difficult navigating the danish systems. I can only say good thing of the bank, it is a pleasure to be part of it. From the first minute, everyone was extremely kind with us and help us a lot in all the process although we don’t speak fluent Danish and we need to do everything in English. I can feel a big difference with my previous bank, here I feel a real member and they really take care and want to know me. They took the time to explain me everything regarding the bank with a meeting of more than one hour and as well they want to know about me and my dreams.
I would like to recognize Tina Halland who was very helpful at every time and was always calling us to explain us all the process and bringing calm.

I totally recommend Cecilie Jung Sørensen as bank advisor. She was in charge of creating a new loan, after a family change. She was very efficient and working for a better deal, but the most important was her humanity.

Great bank, great service. Only thing is that you cannot put money (coins) in you account on Sjælland. I find it quite annoying that my children cannot put their savings in coins into the bank account.
Edit: Vi HAR prøvet filialen på Falkoner Alle, men man kan kun sætte sedler ind - og ikke mønter. Det er ikke særlig smart at man ikke kan sætte mønter i banken…

Only regarding exchange currency.
Don’t ever exchange currency at this bank. If you go to airport and exchange, you can even get more money out in your own pocket.
2024.11.18 apparently JPY to DKK is 0.0509. Despite their app says 0.0459, Even forex says 0.049 now.
However my bank advisor here is probably the best among all the others I have ever met.

It used be good but for some unknown reason the customer service turned to a super horrible situation. It has been two months that my account has had problem in money transferring and no one fixed it yet. yesterday my account totally stopped working while I was shopping food so I had to return all items. My account still is not working and they don't take any action. Also today my boyfriend's account got same problem. So we have made our decision to chang our bank.
