I just applied to open a bank account and sent an email to their customer service. Frau Tuba and Cansu were so helpful, they requested some information from me and invited me to the bank for identity verification after a few days of receiving the email. When I visited the Kreissparkasse Heilbronn, the customer service welcomed me warmly and helped me with every process. It was the best service I've ever received.
