Nothing short of Amazing!

Very satisfied with the quality of service - I requested an address change and they were happy to do it. I got my phone within a day or two of shipping (so fast I couldn't believe) and I'm very happy with it. 10/10 would recommend Spectronic AU to my loved ones, great service.

Fast delivery

Fast delivery , good price.
I got what I ordered quickly but device arrived without Australian power plug. Would be nice if it was included.but price was very good.

Product arrived in a good time frame

Product arrived in a good time frame, approx. 5-6 business days from date of order. Good considering it came from hong kong to Aus. Product was as described. Been using it for nearly a month now. No issues. Will purchase again through spectronic.

Still waiting on delivery

Still waiting on delivery!

Was supposed to be a Christmas present, but won’t arrive until late January 2023.

And now they lie about the facts! Their delivery company stated they would arrive on agreed days and not show! Then arrive random times without sufficient notice!!!

And now they would rather argue than take any responsibility or effort to resolve. Poor form!!

The shipping company tried to deliver your phone 3 times to your provided address.
According to your shipping history, your unavailability has caused the delay in your item being delivered.

In regards to your own preferable rescheduling of delivery, you failed to receive the item.
It was not the shipping company's or our company's fault.

Since it is now a holiday period, the delay for your item to be delivered is inevitable. We hope the next reschedule of delivery you receive your phone ASAP.

I have tried to buy 2 Xoami phones the…

I have tried to buy 2 Xoami phones the first phone I was told it had NFC but when it arrived NFC was not available on that phone. The second phone I ordered was cancelled with no appropriate explanation but the phone was delivered anyway. Due to a mistake by your shipping department I was sent a chinese not a global phone.
I have to say that both phones have been refunded and the refunds were received promptly.
However, it is about a month since I ordered the first phone and I still don't have my new phone.
Also the response on the chat function is very slow, I waited over an hour on a number of occassions for a response.

Advertised a product at a price and then refunded due to company error

Advertised a product at a price and I promptly purchased. Later discovered a refund had been issued as they claimed product was wrong price. Refund took nearly 3 days to be returned. I was offered the new product at nearly 30% higher. It was the company's mistake, not mine and they would have still got our business if some sort compensation was offered.

Yes I bought the phone from this…

Yes I bought the phone from this Company due to It has been a mistake from thier team that they had listed the Global Version on the website when in fact it was the Chinese Version Since both the models are the same model numbers that caused the confusion then they gave me back refunds in full a mount

Great service and products and the only bad thing I could think of was on the website it says 3-5 days delivery but mine took 2 weeks but I might just be unlucky. But yeah great mob to use :)
