Appalling & avoid like the plague!

Absolutely appalling service, no care or attention shown to my wife - the so called examination was laughable and to say that insurance companies rely on this shoddy service amazes me that they are still in business and can get away with it!
My wife's no fault accident is still waiting to be resolved - 3yrs after the incident and most of this I blame Speed Medical - avoid like the plague! This company should not still be in business.

Try and avoid if you can ,I had to…

Try and avoid if you can ,I had to cancel a few times due to child care .on the phone they'll say this is fine and no charge will be incurred, then proceed to charge me £360 ,they will not tell you about the charge before hand .my xhild wasn't well and it was also the school holidays ,money grabbers

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company, had so many problems with these.
Unfortunately my solicitor appointed these, and from day 1 I've had problems.

Not a great experience at all.

Not a great experience at all.

Saw what I think was a GP to conduct an assessment after my road traffic accident and advise on my injuries.

This man was not interested at all in my injury or what happened in the incident. He showed no characteristics or qualities of a caring medical professional.

The whole experience was very cold and clinical and lasted probably no longer than five minutes. He stood me up and told me to do some very very basic movements, made some scribbles on a piece of paper and I was on my way.

Honestly you can tell this man is getting a happy payday for this type of business and that is all he cares about. Does not seem to care about the patients or their injuries.

The whole thing was just weird, conducted in a dark, isolated room in a hotel, no greetings, no description of the process, just very odd and very weird. It was a tick box exercise for this man and presumably his employer speed medical.

Would not recommend.

Totally useless

Totally useless. Had a medical following a non-fault accident. Solicitors sent me for a medical with Speed Medical and was told the report would be done in 2-3 weeks. Its now coming up to 7 weeks , and still no medical report. Every day they delay this, its costing me money. Every time I call them, they say "give us a couple more days." Beginning to give up hope on ever receiving the report. They definitely shouldn't have the word Speed in their company name. Rubbish.

If you can avoid them run as far as you…

If you can avoid them run as far as you can. I was sent to them via my solicitors for their “services�. They are so useless they don’t even know the correct ways to obtain medical records and they lie about not receiving responses or lie that they weren’t instructed properly. I then get them all the information they need to them saying they still waiting for it when I have proof they have all the records.

They then have useless so called “experts� who you have to wait nearly 3 months for and they are late for the appointment and when I questioned him why he was late he give a ridiculous response of “being part of life mate�. Firstly I’d never have you as a “mate� and secondly if we was late the greedy man would be taking his fee and wouldn’t see you.

Speed harass you by text and calls even after you tell them to stop and they don’t know the UK laws and still think we work off GDPR when we actually use Data Protection Act.

They have a big monopoly in the medico legal market that you’re forced to use them.

Absolute charlatans.

Professionals my foot

All in it together from insurance companies to medical clowns seen these clowns 6 months after the accident how can anyone say it's going to be another 3 months before fully fit is beyond me you are just a medical person and not a good one at that not mystic meg so what if it takes another year to be fully fit so you can 100% say that after 5 minute without xrays and further medical examination all jokers together 1 star in a result

Very bad experience

Very bad experience, called Mrs throughout a whole report when male. Incorrect information. Dreadful company and Nicola did not want to accept I needed to see someone after a cast was removed for a proper assessment after injury

Totally agree with the other one-star…

Totally agree with the other one-star rating ... I received a letter stating that they would make an appointment to see a specialist. One month later: nothing! I called them to ask them for the phone number of the specialist and was told it was private. I did some detective work, found the number and made my own appointment. Total waste of space!
