Initially a bit sceptical about using such a new provider, but thankfully I saw past some numpties reviews, and signed up.
There was a slight delay in switching, but customer service was faultless and speedy, so now on a network where I get great reception and mostly 5g everywhere I've been.
After very poor signal with 3 and with Vodafone, I am now very happy with Spusu.

Cancelled PayPal instruction and never used the service due to poor signal, they are now insisting that I pay £49 due on my pay as you go account before I can cancel my account. Please explain how you can get into debt on a pay as you go account? This is very dangerous! As I said in my email, I'll see you in court as I will take this all the way. What other network continues to bill on pay as you go when they payment method is cancelled? I will also send this to OFCOM for review as this is not normal practice. Fair enough if I was tied into a contract but I wasn't and now your refusal to cancel the account will just mean the balance gets higher. We are in deadlock since this should not have been allowed to happen. If this is reported on my credit file then I will also dispute this at the highest level. Spusu you are a disgrace! I urge everyone to avoid them like the plague! This is not a contract and I am not tied in, if I cancel my payment then you do not continue to supply the service and bill for it! I have to ability to pay, however, I will not, out of principle unless OFCOM decides in your favour which I very much doubt!

Call quality is abysmal, not been able to make a single call yet that the person at the other end of the line can hear me properly.
voicemail will only work if you have received a text from them which is just plain wrong, if you delete the text you lose the voice message.
Data is very hit and miss, was good at day one but is extremely slow now to the point its is unuseable indoors.
Contecting them isnt working either, their contact form on the website does not work.
Do yourself a favour and avoid.

Asked enough details and information from theirs WhatsApp , excellent response speed. Even on Sunday. Ordered one SIM. Arrived fast and use it , with LTE internet technology which is not as expected. In the meantime EE offer me a better deal. So have to cancel the SIM plans the second day. Emailed and got full money refund with no time. Supper customer service experience above all network providers.

I bought a sim for my son because Spusu uses EE network, so I thought it will be a good network for internet connection, but I am very disappointed and shocked that my grown up son complained that he is unable to connect with internet 99% of times. Even call connection is bad according to my son. He studies in college so he needs a good connection but unfortunately it is worse than ID or Three network. My son has a 5G capable iPhone 15 pro so phone wise there should be no problem. So this week we will be moved to a reputable UK network.

Unable to reach customer service.
Tried all methods of communication that was provided on their website but unable to reach them. I get no response via Whatsapp and when you try to call via phone you're unable to connect and gets disconnected, this is during their opening times as stated on their website. This is the worst Mobile phone provider I have ever experienced.

Spusu unfortunately falls foul of the dreadful EE call constantly dropping. No matter what device you are using, if you are using anything to do with ee your calls will simply drop out and disconnect even while your phone is showing full 5G signal. it happens everywhere, everytime. The new EE slogan!

Scammers. They renew the contract automatically charging your card, not as most of esim providers who offer one off payments for travel purposes. The cut off day for them is mid month meaning they will charge you full amount for the previous and next month if your travel happens to cross the cut off date. Once contacted their CS i was quickly noted of their t&c and no other resolution followed. Not really sure if its legal to charge customers for the services they have not received/used, there goes Brexit for you...

eSim ordered and downloaded because they used EE and they work really well around my area until I came across these clowns.
The eSim doesn't even work and I've messaged with the settings to try and get it working.
Redownload the SIM, restarted the device but absolutely nothing works.
Also use a Google pixel 8 so it's definitely not my device

Needed a decent SIM for a few months while back in the UK. Super easy install and setup, just scanned the QR code and it was working.
Not only that, but cancelling the contract was super easy, just emailed them and they sorted it out immediately with no fuss or retentions team calls like most providers try and do

I joined Spusu UK because of the esim possibility. It is a speedy join process and esim provided quickly. The number ported quickly, too - all good. When my 2-step verification stopped working, they said it was the company's fault, like Amazon etc, not theirs, so they just washed their hands away with no technical support. I think everyone at Spusu is just customer service and has no technical knowledge. I had to leave because all by banks etc messages stop working - poor tech support

I’ve had spusu for a month now, I’ve only had minor problems like activating my sim so far, and I’ve been able get through to customer service within a few minutes each time. Signal is identical to EE from my testing, solid 4G everywhere (displays as LTE but speeds are the same) and widespread 5G.

Having to leave after 2 months as all my callers say it sounds like there calling an international number or I’m abroad. Such a shame as all was well in the beginning, No fix from Spusu. I wonder how many other uk customers is facing this issue.

I was very skeptical about taking a sim only contract from the company (not heard of them) but thought I may as well give them a try for their price.
I had an issue with connecting to android using the sim (no fault of their own).
Got straight to customer service within a minute over the phone and he helped me get my android system connected.
