Friendly not pushy sales staff
I first contacted Staysure Expat by telephone in July with some queries concerning my online quote. The person was very friendly, Informative and not at all pushy. When I contacted them again in December to reserve, my initial quote had expired but the lady was happy to go through it all again with me.

A positive initial experience...
We were able to speak with a Staysure advisor who gave us very clear information and guidelines on the travel policy that would work for us as two retirees who have children living around the world. Their competitive price was also a factor.

We have used Staysure before
We have used Staysure before. It is good to know that we can still get good insurance cover for a decent length of trip in spite of our ages.
We have taken on board the information that we can get an annual policy for trips of up to 35 days. We will probably do that next trip.

Please don't use this company..
This company use an organisation called Gallagher Bassett to basically examine your claim and explore reasons not to pay up legitimate claims.
Please look at Gallagher Bassett trip advisor reviews before you throw away money on using this company on insurance that may have change of life consequences for your family

Peace of Mind.
This will be our 3 trip back to the UK using Staysure expat travel insurance. Luckily we have not had to make a claim, so cannot comment on if that process works well.
Easy to apply online. Giving us that "Peace of mind" for a relatively small cost is important to us.

So far so good…
Very easy to arrange and helpful woman on the telephone too. I may say I haven’t actually travelled yet, so let us hope they continue to be as helpful IF I have to claim! Insurance companies have a habit of being highly charming and obliging when you’re paying them, but less cooperative if you ask them to pay you. A cynical view perhaps, but one borne of long experience.
