The company was very helpful discussing my new phone told me it was in stock and it was delivered the next day free of charge.Checking different companies prices, super phone deals was the best others seemed cheaper but did not include the battery.Would recommend them anytime.Was nice to be able to speak to a person for advice.

I ordered the phone one day and it was delivered, free by special delivery, the next. Totally genuine Samsung phone, approx £160 cheaper then anywhere else. I believe the phone is region locked but so far the only thing that has stopped me doing appears to be Samsung pay. I always use google pay so not an issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Price was better than high street shops. Thats why I choose.
I was a bit anxious about if everything will go good as I never saw this company before.

It was unexpectedly fast. Whist festive season and busyness of deliveries my item came in 2-3 days.

The chaps at SPD proved to be very proactive & helped greatly with an issue of my own making (when the customer was not right). I have had prompt, patient & very positive experiece. All I can add is, 'well done, a rare positive experience'.

I was looking to replace my old mobile.. did a bit of research on models and prices then looked around for best price. Found superphonedeals ... called them to confirm they were legit ... visit helpful on the call and totally reassured about buying from them. Phone arrived a few days later as expected... Great service and would use again... recommended them to my daughter!

Why send a review request before the item arrives.
Thought, maybe if I had been completely satisfied with every aspect of the transactions, (more than one), I may have responded differently.

Only gave four star as iPad charger is a two pin plug so needed an adapter to charge it in UK

The Triton shower i bought is only meant for the Irish market and therefore comes with no guarantee.

During installation by a professional the plumber noticed the shower was not producing any hot water and expected the heating element was broken.

After calling Triton UK they told me that only their company sell the UK version of this shower and the one i bought has different wiring and meant only for the Irish market.

Not only did "Super Phone Deals" sell me a faulty shower but one that is not even meant for the UK market.

I will not be using this company again.

They were communicative about some changes to my order and asked if I’d rather have a refund instead of a different colour of phone etc and it was delivered incredibly fast. The product I received works as intended and was well below market price. Very satisfied with my order!
