Have dealt with Steve for quite a few years now and he's always straightforward, honest and easy to deal with. He covers quite a few different areas and has helped my business save money across the board. He's always reachable on the phone or quick to reply by email and he takes alot of the stress off my shoulders by making sure I get the best deals for my business. I don't tend to go anywhere else when I look around for the next contract now. Thanks as always to Steve for his never-ending help!

Thanks for the positive review, glad I can help on a number of services for you.
Do not use! This guy signed me up with a 3 year contract with Daisy telephone system after expressly asking for one year. I have telephones that don't work and have been overcharged from the quote he gave. He has taken no responsibility and just said 'it's too late' re his error in signing me up. I'm now left with telephone system that's virtually unusable. I've repeatedly asked who he's regulated by and no answer!
And the reply to this review says it all as it is totally inaccurate. After a lot of requests for information and help I received nothing so yes I have used trustpilot to warn others. I note still no information on your regulatory body.

Hi Mandy, Sorry you feel the need to air your issues on the internet but I will endeavour to explain to you again the situation. I have many customers on a shorter term contract than 3 years, so its just not a problem for me, its just you never requested it. I have no recollection or anything in writing to reference that states you just wanted a 12 month. 36 months is price beneficial as there are no capital costs or set up fees, which is why I offer it as a default to customers. The agreement you signed stated clearly it was 36 months, if you had an issue with that, you had the opportunity to query it prior to signing and I could have revised it. I was working through your support issues but I don't take kindly to being called names and being abusive on the phone so I will let you deal with the supplier's tech department directly, they are more than capable. I have 61 happy customers with the supplier, you are the only one with a problem. I also demonstrated that the quote I gave you is 100% what you are being billed. You seemed to struggle with the concept of a part month pro-rata charge in addition to a full month. I'm happy its exactly what you were quoted. I have also told you the telecoms regulator is Ofcom but you will need to prove you requested a 12 month contract (but you signed a 36 month). I would also mention that prior to your "issues" I have been servicing your utility needs since 2018 and renewing you in this time too. I also undertook two visits to your premises to survey your existing set up and to install the new service, both of which I did without charge to you.
