First time using techtiger and was very hesitant about what to expect. I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how quick and seamless the whole process was when trading in my Apple Watch Ultra 2. Great communication from the team via SMS and email every step of the way, and they’ve now just confirmed that they’ll process the trade in amount today.
Would highly recommend. This company will now be my ‘go to’ for all future trade ins! Hope the team can keep up the great work!

Company offered £172 for my old iPhone 11 Pro Max. This was more than other providers so I went with them. The prepaid post bag arrived next day and I sent my good condition phone to them. They received it next day and then revised their offer to £130 due to microscopic virtually non existent screen scratches. They claimed the phone that I had looked after well since owning was now in poor condition. I couldn't be bothered to go through the challenge process so cashed out. They advised that payment would be made at 17:00 that day by bank transfer and this was inaccurate as well. In my view, they such you in with a higher value only to manufacture reasons not to honour their offering probably in the knowledge that most people can't be bothered to recall the phone and start the process again with a more reputable provider. At the point of writing payment still not received despite their payment time having passed.

The review was made at 6pm not after 8pm. That's clearly when you read it. At the time of writing payment hadn't been received and to be honest if you check your communications there are two different times of payment promised. Both were missed. In respect to the condition of the phone I absolutely disagree with your rating as poor. The phone has been looked after and covered since purchase. You lure a customer in with a value that you'll never pay just to secure the business. Can I be bothered to get it returned for the sake of £40? No. It's not worth my time starting a fresh process with a reputable company. So instead I'll take the satisfaction of sharing my experience publicly. No need to respond again, your values don't align with mine so we won't agree.

I was initially quoted £481 for my iPhone 14 Pro with 516GB of storage. However, after they inspected it, they noted some marks on the side and subsequently reduced their offer to £355. I found this ridiculous and asked them to return my phone. They then tried to negotiate and offered £370 instead. Ultimately, I managed to have my phone safely returned and ended up trading it into Apple for £450, with no questions asked.

I opted for the highest condition iPhone 14 and can’t fault the phone or the service from Tech Tiger. The phone is in immaculate condition with no signs of physical wear at all. The battery health is 88% which is more than enough to get me through a full day of usage. Would highly recommend Tech Tiger.

Bought this phone off Amazon , came with a charging brick and charger cable and sim ejector tool , displays perfect (has been replaced ) , cameras are perfect , battery health is 87%
