Brilliant service.

Callum was super patient with me and extremely helpful. No question was left unanswered and nothing was too much trouble. I'd read everything carefully on the website and Callum confirmed everything during our call. Looking forward to being able to use the Internet without so many restrictions and such high costs.

Personable and efficient engineer

Reice was very friendly and personable during the installation. There was an unfortunate issue beyond his control and he kept a very cool head and a good sense of humour about the whole thing, and was able to get the job done very quickly once things were back on track. Thank you for the internet!!!!

Excellent service for a technophobic 81 yo.

Everything went smoothly with the installation, from beginning to end.
Matthew H did a splendid job.
His co -worker even managed to get my printer set up, a big problem area according to my friends, when a provider has to reset an existing connection, so excellent friendly service all round for a technophobic 81 yo.

Very pleased so far!

I've just signed up and am very impressed so far. I thought I'd completed my order online but shortly thereafter received a call from Liam who asked if I had any questions. Turns out I hadn't actually completed the order and would have been waiting in for an engineer who wouldn't have arrived....! However Liam got me set up (correctly this time) in no time at all and even proposed a new package that saved me nearly £20 per month.
Am very happy and impressed, thank you to Liam who helped me with the process and even saved me some cash!

Extremely bad customer service.

Very ignorant operations member (Daniel)
Very hard work to cancel.
They had an error with my order and didn’t notify me till I rang them up.

A very small and unprofessional team who couldn’t even give me an install date.

Worst I have come across

Worst I have come across. Close to impossible to reach on the phone. Several orders were placed to install and no-one ever turned up. We tried going with another company who now say they can’t as 4th Utility are imposing some type of block or deemed to be providing broadband services (which they are not). The amount of money 4th Utility have cost us needing to go with costly short term mobile data providers is ridiculous. Didn’t think it possible a broadband company could be so bad.

New customer inquiry

Did a search on Google for broadband in my area having been with Virgin for a really long time and them not wanting to move on renew price, called 4th Utility and spoke to Chris, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable answered my questions before I even asked them, he explained they do all the work for me took me through all the sign up process all the way to getting an installation date. So far so good. Very happy.

New install success!!

So from discussion to install has been efficient and on point. Talking with Chris in the sales team got my net booked in and even with a bit of a discount. Install day today - Quick and clean install. Matthew P was onside on time, installed with no mess or fuss. Up and running in 2 hours. Bloody amazing. Let's hope the speed and service 4th Utility provide is as good as the sales and install.

I had very poor experience with 4th…

I had very poor experience with 4th Utility. They activated my 250 mbps plan without installing the router in my apartment. Despite calling them, they didn't ensure visit of engineer on the same day. Even didn't confirm over the email when the engineer visit. I am working from home but due to this issue, my work is suffering.

Initial Sign Up

From my initial enquiry, Callum was really helpful in answering my questions and gave me the confidence to sign up - very smooth process. Installation all booked so hopefully a great product will follow suit. Very pleased so far �

So far a great start to a NEW provider

Worked with Callum via whatsapp chat to switch over from my BT account, seamless support, very easy to deal with, had all the answers and sorted everything to switch over in March. I hope the great service continues on once up and running

PLEASW DONT GO DOE THIS PEOPLE!!!!

PLEASW DONT GO GO THIS PEOPLE!!!!! The worst experience ever. The honest suggestion please don’t go with them. If you are new to them they will be the sweetest. Once you are into contract with them. They don’t care about you. I had to call multiple times for the installation when I’m moving house and all the hot was the rude replies. The last guy I spoke to almost swore and disconnected the call when I was trying to ask for help.

4th Utility Broasdfband

Following checks on suitable Broadband provided which included 4th Utility I was contacted by Liam who introduced himself and explained their services and costs. There was no pressure and everything was explained fully in a plain and courteous manner. I cannot recommend 4th Utility to others like myself looking for a decent service and reasonable costs.

No response to my emails

I emailed the company with a couple of simple questions regarding ordering a new installation. After a few days of no response, I tried again. Another week has passed and still no response.

Maybe if you can actually get some engagement from this company, they'd be okay, but I wouldn't know, because they simply ignored me. A surprising way to run a business.
