I found exactly what I wanted on their website and I know it’s always a risk ordering something based on a picture but when my apple picks arrived, they were even better than I was expecting. Really fast delivery considering it was so close to Christmas. Great price too. Very happy.

I always order from The Essentials company in the Autumn ready to make my Christmas wreaths. Not being a florist I love to give wreaths at Christmas time as part of family & friends presents. I find everything that I need and my order arrives within a few days.

So I’d ordered quite a few items including cones and raspberry berries. All items I received are very well made, good quality and look great on a few artificial Autumn wreaths I’ve made. Looking forward to using the Christmas items when I make Christmas wreaths. Thank you, I’ll no doubt be ordering again at some point.

Finally, somewhere I can buy decent quality LEFT handed bypass secateurs from for my wife.

Ordered over the double Easter bank holiday weekend and arrived by DHL on the Wednesday. I couldn't ask for better service.

Packed really well too, in a sensible sized box with a brochure of all the other things they do..... I get a feeling I will be told to put another order in very soon!!

As always the Essentials company had what I needed ( plant labels and pens) at a good price which prompt delivery….I was tempted by the suet filled coconuts for the birds and I’m watching them now waiting for the blue tits to arrive.

I live in the USA. The website initially did not offer the USA as a shipping option. After I emailed the company the website was changed and an employee took personal interest and assisted me placing my order which I received promptly.
