I’ve been trying to reach this company for well over a month now to ask about their mattresses and find out if they’re actually still in business. No response to any messages directly to the website or on fb (the social media hasn’t been updated in a year).

Moved into a new home, and wanted the highest quality of bedding. So purchased here after seeing all the positive reviews. Let’s just say I wasn’t disappointed! The mattress, the mattress topper, protective bedding and all other bedding materials are a real game changer. It took slightly longer than estimated to arrive, however, the team communicated with me well and let me know it was due to a supply issue and offered many solutions to help the situation. Everything was worth the wait. The only downside is that I now struggle to get out of bed because its so comfortable and I never want to leave it!

Extremely poor design. The straps that are meant to hold the mattress topper are flimsy, and stupidly placed (too close together over the corner they are meant to hold down). If you have a medium to deep mattress they will NOT hold the topper in place. Very, very sad to see this on such an expensive product. What a rip off.

I bought a kingsize mattress topper which is very comfortable, but it doesn't stay on the bed very well. The elastic straps pop off easily, they need to be much deeper and every 2 to 3 days I have to pull the topper from one side of the bed across as during the night it shifts over to one side

Really personal service. We were given loads of time and space to try out mattresses at our leisure. Knowledgeable about their product and sensible personalised advice to help us choose the right mattress. An amazing service and I have told all my friends! We absolutely love the mattress and pillows we chose - such a comfortable nights sleep. We don’t want to get up in the mornings! Highly recommended buying experience.

We had been looking for a really firm supportive mattress and were pleased to be able to discuss and compare types at The Hotel Bed Company showroom. Excellent advice and able to purchase associated bedding too.
Just as Gary said, four weeks and so it arrived.
Fully up to my hopes. Well done! Can now sleep right through the night.
Now know the difference between night and day. Just like the mattress.

I used this local company to supply all beds and bedding for a new business venture of rental properties.
Easy access to a well stocked showroom display.
A warm welcoming approach offering good advice and knowledge of some nice quality products.
Helpful staff kept me fully informed from place of order to delivery of goods.

From my initial telephone call to receiving our new mattress, the service was second to none.
The delivery was arranged to suit us, the driver contacted us with his arrival time, delivered the new mattress & removed our old one.
Mattress is extremely comfortable & we look forward to enjoying it for years! Thoroughly recommend!

Great personal service, great product knowledge and quality beds. Unlike the High Street shops where there is too many beds to choose from, The HBC has a small selective choice of beds that would suite all requirements. Gary was very accommodating with a great show room making choosing a bed an enjoyable experience. Would recommend The HBC and would nor hesitate to order another from them. Many thanks.

The Hotel Bed Company have been brilliant to work with! We placed our first order with them for the Sublime Gold mattress just a couple of weeks ago, and within a week received the mattress. They kept us informed of the delivery schedule all the way through, and were very helpful, friendly and professional. The Mattress is absolutely beautiful, and extremely nurturing and comfortable and luxe. It was well priced considering its quality. We will be going back to the Hotel Bed Company when the time comes to choose another mattress. We love this company!

After sales service excellent. Thankyou Jo, for keeping me up to date on all despatch timings. On delivery day, I was able to communicate with Delivery personnel as I was not going to be home. Mattress delivered on time.
I've been using fir a few nights, and though a bit of an adjustment after years of "the foam type mattresses", I am already feeling the benefit.

We have recently purchased our third mattress from The Hotel Bed Company.
After staying at the Ampersand where we had the perfect sleep we bought the Sublime mattress and mattress topper.

Joanne in the office was really helpful and gave us great service.

Delivered to our door and placed in sortie by the delivery team we couldn’t ask for anymore and would certainly recommend.

Absolutely loving Our new bed, mattress and topper from The Hotel Bed Company. We purchased the bed in April and has resulted in a good 8 hrs sleep every night since. I contacted The Hotel Bed Company last year and they helped me find a particular mattress I was looking for from Bath Mill Lodge retreat. The customer service team were really helpful.
I took advantage of a discount code over Christmas and bought the Excellence mattress, 4 drawer divan and headboard. Delivery of the items was made before Christmas, so earlier than estimated.
The delivery and assembly was easy, the guys who delivered the bed were great and didn’t leave any mess.
The quality and finish of the bed and headboard is so much better than my last bed (I had the Travelodge sleeper set). The drawers open and close smoothly, there is detailing around the drawers, the fabric is luxurious.
The mattress is very comfortable and we have been sleeping a lot better.

From the moment my client and I visited the showroom to when the bed was installed in the house - the service, attention to detail and process has been outstanding!
Nothing was too much trouble from the team. The divan base and headboard ordered is such a superb quality and at such an affordable price. Affordable luxury - what more can I say!
We are so happy with the products and the service, we have just placed a pre-Christmas order for a London client's house in Kensington with a bespoke headboard and own fabric for the base and headboard. Thank you team!

Cannot stress enough how helpful hotel bed are. The matress we had and topper are of exceptional quality and this this is also the same as the level of service you receive from them. Please give them a chance. You wont regret it.

We bought a super king size mattress and feather topper from The Hotel Bed Company , I asked for advise on what I thought I wanted and I got exactly that , superb advise and love both products !
Delivery was also fantastic with drivers that arrived within the allotted time , who couldn’t have been more helpful , superb from start to finish !

The mattress isn’t as comfortable as the one I slept on in the hotel we stayed in that’s why I ordered it, but I am waking up with no more back or neck pain, I supposed we just have to wait until we have slept on it for a while.
