Never ever have I had such, Genuine interest and help from a company. Luke and his team Honestly went above and beyond what is required. Answering questions and giving advice and information where they could. I was helped all the way through my purchase to guarantee I was 100% choosing the right piece of equipment for me,not just what they wanted to sell.

I couldn’t be Happier, and the Oval ice Bath is such a well thought out and impeccably made Plunge.
If I could award 6 Stars I would.

This is retail as it should be.
