I have dealt with Source for several years and have always found them very competitive and fair. Until this years renewal quote which was nearly four times last years. I just couldn't afford it so unfortunately had to go elsewhere. Was sorry to go as they've so easy to deal with. Amazingly the Chat box on the website works. It is the only one I have ever used that does.

Being a broker with Source for over 20 years they have always been a constant help and support. Their premiums have always been competitive, however like all insurers lately their prices have increased. We need to get more insurers on the panel again to give brokers and customers a good choice of providers to choose from. Great service trying to get me a better price than the one quoted on my original renewal documents. Not one but two emails and a telephone call. When I called Gavin today he answered promptly and was friendly and extremely professional . I particularly appreciated his patience and the care he took to let me know how long the call might last at the outset and how he kept me informed of progress throughout the call. Very pleased with the outcome and will be sticking with Source and Gavin in particular.
