Beautiful plant. Arrived on time. Now in greenhouse

Well packaged plants that looked very healthy. THey had to wait to be planted because of snow, so appreciated the instructions on hardening them off. good to have reassurance that one of them had just gone to sleep and was not dead.
Looking forward to seeing them cover my new fence.
Incidentally a lot cheaper than other leading clematis suppliers.

Extra effort was made for the delivery of my order to arrive within a tight time frame. This ensured I was able to receive my plant when I could ensure it's safe installation in my garden.

I don’t write reviews very often so was surprised to see that I’d written one for Thorncroft in 2023. So …. as before, excellent, thoughtful customer service. A rapid response to a recent comment I made and a helpful reply to a further email from me. It’s so reassuring to know that we’re dealing with real people who are prepared to take time to respond to their customers.

Heather went above and beyond in helping me reach a decision about which clematis to buy and then following a speedy delivery followed up with extremely helpful advice about the clematis I bought and also others I asked her advice about. Heather was extremely helpful in suggesting a clematis for my garden and went to great lengths to source it for me .
I was kept up to date each step of the way .
I have had clematis from Thorncroft previously which arrived well packed and protected and are now flourishing in my new garden thanks to the helpful planting instructions that came with them . I look forward to the new arrival adding to my growing collection .

I have just purchased a Clematis BOURBON Evipo018 from the Thorncroft Clematis & Climbers website. The clematis arrived on time, was very well packaged, and… in healthy condition. I have planted the clematis according to the advice, up against a hazel fence panel. Looking forward to seeing the clematis grow and flower next May to September. I recommend this company, and for sure, I will be buying another clematis in the future.

Thorncroft Clematis suppliers are just excellent! This plant is the 4th I’ve purchased from them over several years, it arrived in time & in perfect condition. I planted it immediately and it’s already grown several inches! I can’t praise them enough, plant info is also helpful & spot on. If I had more space in my garden I’d have more!

This is the fourth time that I have purchased from Thorncroft Clematis this year. On this occasion I bought two Clematis Helios and topped up on fertiliser. Everything arrived in the perfect condition that I have now become accustomed to and the plants are putting on new growth, including flower buds as they start to mingle with two mature Clematis 'Arabella'.

The Bourbon is thriving and growing beautifully. However, when the plants arrived the Spotlight was very sickly looking and still doesn’t look to be doing at all well. I have always been so pleased with all I have ordered from you so am a little disappointed by this. I will continue to ‘nurse’ it and hope it gets better.
