Very easy to set up. We made a couple errors, and it was very easy for a person to assist us and fix it immediately. The amount of admin this saved us is amazing. Will definitely use again.

Ollie and company went over and above our expectations. They supported us all the way through the process from start to finish, great support with staff service and training at Showtime. Nothing was too hard for them, always happy and a pleasure to deal with.

Highly recommend Tickebo! They made it so easy to create an event, share the event, check status updates, sign in event attendees, finalise end of event payments, including the paper trail needed for each department. The customer service was 10/10, from start to finish, they were available and responded immediately. We will be using Tickebo for all future events.

Ticketebo helped centralise our ticket sales for our Sporting Clubs Anniversary event.
Event staff during and after the event were very attentive not only to the organisers but also to customers who had purchased tickets and had issues they needed to resolve.

This is the 3rd year we have used Ticketebo and the service is always of a very high standard. Nothing is ever a problem. The sales side and online portal work very well and the reporting is very clear and easy to understand. The staff provided to work the gate have always able to deal with any issue and are very presentable. The settlement process after the event is very straightforward and completed in a short space of time.
We will be using Ticketebo again.

Easy set up. Offer good suggestions on making page more user friendly. Always available to make quick changes if needed. App easy to use and easy to access ticket holder info.

Always so easy to get our event up and on sale, and very easy for the public to purchase. We particularly love the event app to scan everyone in, and the feature which allows us to find people by name if they don't have email and tickets on their phones lol.

Ticketebo are great! Easy to work with, good communication and excellent customer service. I would love to be able to make small changes to my ticketing page myself but is a small issue as the team can normally action changes pretty fast. Oliver, Morgan, Chloe and the whole team are just the tops!

The on the ground Ticketebo staff rostered for our event were excellent. The supervisors had done prior research into the event so had good general knowledge to assist guests as well as were properly briefed to make the set up and flow seamless.
Head office staff were also easy to work with and provided quick and reliable support.

Excellent customer service both from head office and on the day making for another very smooth experience overall. Very prompt payment of amount owing. Ticketebo are always fantastic to work with and have made a huge difference to the running of ticket sales for our major events.

We use Ticketebo for our annual event.
The entire team is always so helpful and professional.
Nothing is too much bother.
The Ticketebo booking platform is very user-friendly and it certainly has increased our revenue since moving to Ticketebo's online ticketing platform.
The fees are built in and we don't have the hassle of sorting refunds etc. as it's all taken care of by Ticketebo.
The ticket scanning app is easy on event day and you even have a backup list available for people who forgot to bring their physical tickets.
Use Ticketebo for your next event, you won't be disappointed. :-)

Traveling from California to Scotland and took out insurance through the ticketebo app and booked a highland games. My Spouse was transferred last week to another school in the same district who will not honor the booked vacation time. Every single refund category avenue attempted was "NOT COVERED" and they said try to get your money back from the event organizer even though the games site says no refunds except through ticketebo.

The crew at Ticketebo were always helpful and ready to make edits to the page when necessary
The only "problem" with this event was, many people could not work out the option to nominate a donation amount so they had to select donate $50 multiple times
The fact that there was a donate option as well as tickets was brilliant though!
