I've received this request to review the company before I've received the product itself, which was meant to arrive on a next day delivery 4 days ago.
Have tried ringing up the customer service line and sending an email to them to try and establish what is happening with my order but have had no replies.
Disappointing.
As the order clearly hasn't shipped I will be cancelling the order with them as soon as I'm able to successfully get in touch with them......

Bought a genuine but open box Apple Watch strap for just over ⅖ of the cost from Apple. Given it replaced a strap that had snapped in two I didn’t feel another £50 to Apple for the same thing was justified. The strap from Total Digital Stores was just as described and arrived promptly. What’s not to like?

Could not believe the quality of the headphones that I bought from Total Digital Stores. The fact that the price was so reasonable and delivery so quick were bonus points.I got the impression that the Seller seemed to care about the purchase, which I find a rare thing today. I had messages to say it was on it's way and throughout the journey halfway around round the world I was informed. It arrived intact and working despite it's long journey, and was pretty prompt arriving too. Perfect outcome, thanks to Total Digital Stores. The item arrived today, 8th August, 2024.

I needed a new kindle the one I wanted was not in stock anywhere whilst searching for it someone suggested that when it was available again it would be a new model and more expensive and they recommended this company. My kindle arrived very quickly. I would not have known it was refurbished it looked brand new. I couldn't afford an expensive one and it was an excellent price, half the new price and with a years guarantee. It arrived in Amazon box and I charged it up and downloaded some of my books and bought a new one too. I am so pleased with it Kindle 6" display Wi Fi Reader. 8th generation . I bought a Kindle rather too quickly. On delivery I realised that Kindles had got smaller since my last purchase 6 years ago. I used the return facility. This has proved easy to initiate and timely .

I purchased a refurbished kindle paperwhite and it is like new. I couldn't tell the difference. Communication was good and the item was delivered quickly. It was well packed. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase further item from Total Digital Stores in the future.
