Great discount

I recently took out van insurance with this company, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received, especially from my advisor, Callum Caray. From the very first phone call, Callum was incredibly helpful and friendly. He took the time to really understand my needs and the specific type of van insurance I was looking for. What really impressed me was his dedication to finding me the best possible price. He went above and beyond, pulling out all the stops to explore every option and discount available. It was clear he was genuinely invested in getting me a good deal. Callum's kindness and approachable manner made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. He patiently answered all my questions and explained everything clearly. Thanks to Callum's hard work and expertise, I've got great van insurance at a fantastic price. I highly recommend Callum and this company to anyone looking for van insurance – you won't be disappointed!

Highly recommend

Couldn’t process the new policy online so gave the adviser a call, he was fantastic, catered for my needs and also looked if he could get me any further deals etc. easy, smooth service just as it should be. Thanks again!

I needed to confirm a couple of details…

I needed to confirm a couple of details when I received my new policy from Vaninsurance. I phoned and spoke to the sales team and I was informed I needed to speak to their customer service. I was initially made aware that they were experiencing issues with a new phone system. I was unable to get through after waiting 15 mins and was disconnected. I phoned back and three more times I was unable to receive an answer. I was about to cancel the policy but tried again today and finally got through. I spoke to polite man called Ryan who was able to positively answer all my concerns. I am now happy to continue with the policy.

Do not use cancelled my policy with out…

Do not use cancelled my policy with out me knowing all because I changed my collection date with close brothers. It's a joke of a company. I've got letters agreeing to change of date. Direct debit wasn't taken I phoned up and policy was cancelled

Noone answers the phone

Noone answers the phone. Im beginning to suspect they are an extremely small business tbat cannot cope with any volume of calls. Regardless of which number or department you try to contact them on. Have wasted hours trying to get through this past week to make changes to a policy with no joy whatsoever. My advice would be to AVOID them like the plague !

The colleague helped in everyway…

The colleague helped in everyway possible to reduce the price on my RIGHTMOVE-REMOVALS.CO.UK
Vehicle insurance.
Although insurance premiums keep rising it was better than I thought.
He was asking all the right questions, ensuring I was completely covered to comply with the law.

They gave me a very competitive price…

They gave me a very competitive price for my insurance, which they kept me updated on and I paid online.
Looks like an easy app to use for my policy, and they were very helpful.

Price was nearly twice the price quoted…

Price was nearly twice the price quoted and the wanted to charge £45 to change to my private registration number.
Cancelled the insurance and went with a different company withe the same underwriter for nearly half price….be careful.

Helpful and clear quotation
