Searched through compare the market price around £800 then after they took deposit i had to ring them. Where they informed me it has risen to just short of £1100. Wasted a lot of time trying to get cancellation and refund. On several occasion the phone "cut off"
Got refund I the end. But never the lost time.

Terrible insurance company bad customer service canceled my policy straight away as what was quoted doubled the next day, payed £340.00 on 15/1/20125 am still waiting for my money to be returned to me 22/1/2025 when I cancelled they slammed the phone down on me!!!

I have to say as somebody that is well
versed in high customer standard, this man has got it down to a T!! Your company should very much appreciate the workers you have such as Samuel. He is a credit to your team, articulate, personal, welcoming and clearly wants to do his job correctly, whilst also helping the customer within the boundaries he is given.
He went above and beyond to try and stop my complaint escalating further and it was a job well done. Even called me back after a call disconnected, and expressed some excellent communication skills.
As far as the company goes, not the best experience and not the worst. Just don’t cancel and you’ll save yourself a headache. The bitter taste I would have had has been stopped by one worker. Samuel.
Hold on tight to him.

I cancelled the policy within 2 days of setting it up. Still waiting for a refund of the deposit. Now they are trying to take the direct debit out of my account. I am entitled to a full refund. I even have email confirmation of cancellation but no refund of money, absolute joke of a company

They took my money before policy expires, they charged £300 more than Thier own web shown less quote. When I called for refund there is not straight forward line not access to account depart. I am stuck and still I have no reply.
Van direct gave mobile number to call to resolve my complaint guess what? Two days I kept calling but it was bogus.
To be honest it is worse insurance broker I have come across in years.

Having completed a quote and purchasing a policy online I was instructed to call to verify the details. This is normally an annoying process because it's time consuming and you're going through the quote questions again with the agent. Cam was really helpful because in this process he highlighted to me that I didn't need to select that I'm carrying hazardous materials in the vehicle and explained why. This saved me some money on the quote, he was also able to provide some additional cover for a similar price which added value. I got a strong impression that Cam was committed to helping me so with patience we were able to proceed at a price and cover I'm happy with.

I honestly was a little bit sceptical after having to call to validate the policy. However the person on the phone was very knowledgeable, I had mistakenly entered some info slightly wrong and although this increased the policy the phone call gave me piece of mind and was still cheaper then last years policy and my renewal quote from previous insurer. 5 stars would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
