Customer service is ABYSMAL!
As soon as we moved our broadband to Venous they became almost impossible to contact. We've had countless promises of call backs with no results. Emailed them many times, then get fobbed off. Won't send us our invoices for the monthly payments unless we email and request them, but I've emailed twice for the last 3 months worth of invoices and no answer. No inter-company department communication available. When I've sent complaints in through their official complaints email I get a ratty, defensive response. It feels like Voneus's entire workforce are individuals working from home, on mobile phones, who have not been given enough training and who have no main hub from which to share/log information. There is no option to get an online account, so no way of monitoring your own expenses, historic payments or usage. Every time we get through to someone we have to explain our circumstances all over again, only to be promised a call back from someone else which never occurs. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
